Hi guys it’s been a while. I’m very busy with my life these days. I have a 5 month old daughter now and moved into my boyfriends tiny house with his kids. Luna my macaw is in a foster home until we relocate and Shaymus my Senegal is staying at my moms house for now. I have Crumb my green cheek here with me and my boyfriends green cheek Winky. I miss my birds terribly but this house is just too small for all of us and 2 extra birds. Carl my peach fronted conure passed away last year, I’m almost positive he had a stroke so that sucked. My mom still has our ancient ass cockatiel Angel who’s got to be at least 22 now. I train dogs at a chain pet store now so I’m not in the bird scene as much as I used to be. Hopefully I can get some pictures up soon but for now enjoy some Crumb.

I am here for boomerang, there is a kookaburra at the shop i work at and we've been feeding him the stuff he needs like fish, egg, mice, roaches, etc. But i was wondering what you feed yours so i could compare notes on it!

We always fed ours frozen mice and shiners. To my knowledge he is still eating frozen mice. It was always hilarious watching him smack it against his tree like he's some big bad killer.

When I left for my appointment Carl was sleeping and when I came back he was gone. Rest In Peace little guy. I loved you every second I had you.

Today was an incredible day for Carl. This is the first time he has stepped up and perched on a finger in 2 years. He has made so much progress and is close to being able to find his forever home.

Please keep Carl in your thoughts. We think he had a stroke a few nights ago.
