Obsessed with the character of Kudo Shinchi. Imagine this smug little rich kid, ooh, he thinks he's the smartest person in the room at any given moment, he solves crime as a hobby because his parents don't give him enough attention at home and also because he really likes Sherlock Holmes. He's extremely autistic. He is vaguely aware he should have hobbies outside of murder (because Sherlock Holmes had hobbies outside of murder) so he's also a varsity player. He makes every conversation about his interests and is genuinely very confused when people find this upsetting (because one of his special interests is murder). He's a sarcastic little greasestain. He's extremely rude and abrasive. He firmly believes that all human life is worth saving. He's a niche micro celebrity. He carries himself like nothing can even touch him. He's walking around just asking to get his ass kicked. And he does. He gets his head smashed in with a lead pipe in the pilot episode of the show in which he is the main character.
The thing to love about the Black Organization is their completely incongruous sense of whimsy. Yeah, they wear long black trench coats and matching black fedoras, but they also codename their targets on obscure classic literature puns. Sure, they ruthlessly murder anyone who crosses them and burn down the building for good measure, but they also send bouquets to their enemies with hidden messages in flower language like they're in a fanfiction. They are going to brutally murder that teenager in a back alley by beating his head in with a lead pipe, but they're going to. Like. Have fun with it.

Life as a vampire isn't all that bad. He'd have never chosen it for himself, but Harry wasn't going to let himself die either. His friends and family offer their wrists up, they give him blood-bags, and they still accept him. He can attempt being the world's first ethical vampire.
That is, until he stumbles upon a remaining figment from one of Voldemort's horcruxes. That is, until Harry realizes how good it feels to rip into his enemy's flesh, rather than delicately nibble at offered veins.
In an apocalyptic world where a global pandemic created severe mutations in humans, the undead remnants of academia and collapsing capitalism churns on within the depleting borders of what's left of Britain. Harry Potter, an anthropologist and downtime organizer working to improve vampire-human relations, is surprised to find that her request to conduct thesis research in Riddle Manor was accepted. She'd only sent it because she was sure her letter would never even be opened. Now, she's due to spend her nights living alongside and learning from vampires. In particular, she's eager to meet Count Voldemort, the famously selective anti-human vampire that allowed her entrance to her manor. Harry's fascination with the woman soon takes her beyond any limits of imagination and control.

Seventeen years after that assault, Voldemort had grown utterly obsessed with the boy who had once been a infant. The boy’s blood quenched his thirst in a sweetness unlike anything else, and Voldemort could not afford to lose that taste. Could the boy somehow be kept human forever?
To find a way to grant the boy eternal life, Voldemort set out with him on a journey to seek the wizards said to dwell deep in the Scottish Highlands.
Meanwhile, the boy’s parents had miraculously survived. The father, through a his friend’s desperate intervention, was turned into a werewolf. The mother, kidnapped by the Man in Black, lived on as an artificial human, hidden away in secrecy. Both continued searching for their lost son in their own ways.
