aemond was next in line because he's younger son of viserys. aegon wasn't crowned yet. his son will became heir now that he's crowned king. when they were looking for aegon in the city they're both were just princes and at that point aemond really was next.

I get your point BUT tradition tells that the right of inheritance is for the firstborn and its own offspring. Aemond cannot inherit anything if Aegon's children are alive. It has nothing to do with being crowned or not. The heir's offspring are first in line above the heir's brothers.
