What happens after death?
If you were to ‘fall’ into the event horizon of a black hole, the trip would be undramatic, comfortably crossing the heavy shadow and absolute nothingness that looked identical to your prior view of the black hole before it carried you into its mass. You would be oblivious to the fact you have entered, floating in free fall of its orbit. You could fall inside the hole and survive the transition. The larger the hole, the bigger dent in space curvature, meaning a greater time dilation. The warp in space time would mean the hour you spent passing through the event horizon would equal to thousands or even millions of years from Earth’s perspective. A distant person observing you would see you slow down and freeze because time and space outside of the hole cannot comprehend this in a three dimensional space.
You could outlive our solar system and not be aware, simply floating for what feels like an hour. But everyone you ever knew and a home that housed every one of your ancestors since its creation will never exist how you remember it again. This is unless you defy physics and are able to escape the event horizon, travel far enough and witness the dawn of time. You would see earth in its beginning, it’s most pure state. You would see yourself back in time. Your parents as children. You would see yourself as a teenager gazing into the night sky, unknowingly staring right into your eyes, wondering what was out there, and why they seem to sense a familiar presence and nostalgic breeze in outer space.
It is because you are here, there and everywhere all at once. If matter cannot be destroyed, you could never be dead, instead evaporating back into your previous state before birth that you cannot remember. But a human is made of more than a physical vessel than sexual reproduction provides. Your consciousness is made of neurons, atoms and sparks that cannot disappear. Your soul will become something other than an attachment to a physical three dimensional body that we perceive. Our bodies may not even be visible to other dimensional beings, vice versa, perhaps explaining the lack of alien encounters. But our consciousness is a different story, the intangible mass we see and feel when we gaze into another’s eyes, the gut feeling we get when deciding another’s intentions, and the trust or confidence animals may have in us despite never have crossing our physical paths. Some say our paths are already decided for us, but the ability to astral project is proven, therefore a realm outside of space, time and a linear path could exist, and who knows what could happen here. Your soul could change the past and future, unravelling an existence of strange, unimaginable matter, which cannot be seen in a three dimensional perception.
Nobody knows what happens after death. It is not tangible. It is no thing. It is nothing. It is a black hole. Your time dilates whilst time on earth speeds by. Your physical body that you spent 80 years on perfecting in terms of health and beauty is no longer yours. It wasn’t yours from the beginning. Just a temporary vessel to experience a blink of an eye experience. It taught you the good and bad, the emotion of human consciousness. It let you act on any human desire, carrying the physical burdens of your earthly choices, so that the soul could not be harmed. An experience good or bad is vital for the soul.
After all, it’s why we are here.
