Chongqing used to be famous city of Chairman Mao. Due to heavy investments, the city looked futuristic even back in 80s. In the 21st century, Chongqing remains on of the most unique megalopolises on the planet. Web of bridges may go as high as 194 meters (The Cuntan Yangtze River Bridge, as on the photo), to connect parts of cities located on mountains.

Crossing generations.

Yesterday - young, tomorrow - old. Now - present, later - gone.

Deeds postponed till never coming tomorrow. Words never said and dissolved in despair.

#London - one of the most unique cities I've been to recently. Perfectly preserved historical heritage (such as architecture) blends into urban design of 21st century.

Spending last 7 years in Asia, where cities develop with insane pace, mostly by replacing historical yet outdated urban settlements with new skyscrapers and shopping malls, I do admire decision of London to respect its roots. London is a place where both new and old history develop in harmony, without having any negative impact on each other.

On entire planet there are very few places as Qingcheng Mountian (QingChengShan). 

Virgin forests, blue lakes, mountain paths, wild nature. Escape from hustle and bustle of always rushing modern life. 

Being away from civilization may be the only way to evaluate values of life.

Abandoned fishermen village at Shensi islands. Accessible only by ferry boat from Shanghai harbor. Truly unique pearl and heritage of modern world.

The village is turning into ruins, after major part of inhabitants have relocated to nearby towns. Mostly elders are left behind.
