Contents: 1 egg, a pat of grass fed butter, blueberries, pecans, golden raisens, and mashed sweet potatoes. According to Pinterest, the only thing not Whole30 compliant is the butter, but I hate ghee so grass fed, organic butter it is. Last time I dove in to Paleo whole hog, the sugar withdrawal was HARD. Whole30 seems to have some wiggle room for more sugars, as long as they're from whole foods like fruit. Paleonallows them, but keeping track of carbs is important. After so many months of eating my feelings, I can't cut back that fast that quickly. I bought the #picklethedinosaur cross stitch pattern earlier this year, and then decided a cross stitch wasn't enough. I was up until 3am a few times just to get this done for Christmas for my daughter, who is a big fan of @moriahelizabethofficial . Up way passed my bed time. Markiplier has held me laugh through some of the most horrible moments in my life. Ethan has a bubbly joy that makes me want to laugh.
