So long as alcohol is legal there is no coherent or even remotely intelligent rational for deeming marijuana illegal. I'm not saying that both should be illegal, but logically speaking, as long as alcohol is still legal, marijuana must be legal. Many politicians sadly pride themselves in their logical reasoning...
