My first time using Clip Studio Paint!!
It started as a black and white portrait but I saw a picture of Tifa by @jenbartel that used these lovely peach and violet colours so adopted that colour scheme for this and think it works quite well!
And yeah, you better believe I used the chain link brush on the earchain haha
I drew 2-D lost on The Mountain trying to find the others 🥹
I wanted to just draw 2-D lost in the jungle using The Jungle Book to find his way around but figured I could 'animate' it a bit and make it a bit like the trailer for The Mountain, The Moon Cave and The Sad God.
Saw the Gorillaz short film at the London screening and I LOVED it. And met so many lovely people. So cool to see the community irl!!

I used to paint using artRage and I loved how the brushes would move around the colours on the page. The new brushes for procreate have a similar feel! This is very like my old work, it was fun to do something like this again 💝

Broken hand is recovering! Finally able to draw again! So here's one of Noodle's new designs from the upcoming Gorillaz album The Mountain! Included a variant and my sketch at the end :) I managed to go to the Mystery Show with my partner and hear the album live and see the new artwork! Couldn't wait to start drawing again to have a shot at it :)

This was a practice piece as I wanted to completely change my usual colouring/line art process, and I used a pic of Lalisa as reference for the pose. But it's funny cos I thought it would be cool to do the pic in pink not realising it's the same colouring as her Alter Ego Kiki! Should have spent some time actually making it look her tbh haha

Yeeaaahhh so watching the Nintendo Direct the other day for Switch 2 was cool to see some new stuff and I especially loved Princess Peach's new outfit in Mario Kart World, which is why I drew this! But yikes.... That price.
Gonna be doing some serious mental gymnastics to justify buying a Switch 2, honestly. I'm a bit gutted.

I spent a long time on little details with lots of little references to the year I had. Most of which I don't think anyone will even be able to see without zooming in! But hey, it was fun to draw.
