To say you were exhausted was an understatement. The warm droplets of water falling against your skin did wonders to wash away the remnants of the day, easing the tension in your body and relieving the stress that had followed you home.
Steam filled the room, fogging up the glass. The only sound was the rush of water until the shower curtain shifted.
Beomgyu stepped in behind you, gently pulling your wet hair behind your ear. He moved his hand to rest on your upper arm and leaned forward to press a tender kiss to your cheek.
You leaned into his touch without thinking, the gesture so gentle yet overwhelming in the comfort it brought. He always knew just what you needed, and now, it was simply his quiet presence filling the space.
Without saying anything, he reached for the shampoo bottle, clicking it open and pouring a quarter-sized amount into the palm of his hand. It wasn’t long before the cool substance met your head, his fingers threading through your hair as he carefully massaged your scalp. You hummed at the feeling of his touch, closing your eyes and letting his hands work.

You could really get used to this.
The two of you switched places so the water could rinse the remaining soap from your hair. Wanting to care for him in return, you reached for the body wash sitting on the white shelf and squeezed it onto your loofah, watching the suds gather between your fingers as you lathered his skin.
He let out a tired sigh, yielding himself to your touch as he allowed you to take care of him for once. After a moment, he turned around, his hands finding their way to your waist as he leaned down to meet your lips in a sweet kiss.
