Originally stopping to hear the music, Noe sat perched upon the cafe’s roof. It was really pretty. Familiar in a way, but he was never good with picking out the names of pieces, just that he had heard them before. On his shoulder sat his constant companion. Typically riding upon him since the feline was not as lithe as the vampire when it came to traversing rooftops.
As the music ended, Murr seemed antsy. Feeling underappreciated since he was clearly not the center of attention. This noisy human was. So with a haughty flick of his tail he began to hop down, down, down onto the street below. Much to the shock of his owner.
“Murr!” Noe was quick to follow once he noticed the feline gone. “I’m sorry Monsieur, I don’t know what got into him.” Despite his owner coming after him the feline continued his advances for pets. Yes, rub his fur human.
The musician was a little startled by the other man’s sudden appearance. He didn’t even hear any approaching footsteps. “Hm? I take it this is your feline companion?” Mintha still pet the cat, smiling a little when he noticed it was enjoying the attention. He wasn’t bothered by the cat approaching him, but it seems this wasn’t a normal occurrence. He was such a pretty cat too. “You must take such good care of him...his fur is so soft.”
He could probably spend the entire night with Murr, but he had places to go. Or at least, he couldn’t stay in one spot for too long. Mintha finally stood back up now that his violin was packed back up. “I assume he is normally not so friendly with strangers?”

It was a little scary suddenly having the king coming straight up to him. However, he was startled when the man suddenly kissed him. While this wasn’t the first time Gangrel has done such a thing, it’s still unexpected as usual.

Hands shoved as hard as they could, putting distance between them. Mintha’s face was flushed regardless, it was a full on kiss after all. However, he was furious considering who kissed him.

“Myalis...” Mintha squirmed against the man a little, but submitted to the affection being given. Myalis had been rather clingy as of late, and he wondered if something was wrong. He knew better than to ask, but it was still on his mind regardless.

Mintha couldn’t help letting an amused chuckle leave him. His arms wrapped around the dancer, holding her close to him as he returned the kisses. It was sweet seeing how shy she still was, but he was determined to reassure her that there was no need with him.

Mintha will never get used to these gestures of genuine affection from the woman. It still felt unbelievable that the princess even had feelings for him. For her to suddenly come over and kiss him in front of everyone around, he was a little envious of how bold she was. Or perhaps she merely thought it natural to show her love for him.

Mintha is struggling to fend off the onslaught of kisses from the woman. However, his struggles are futile for she’s much stronger than he is and very determined to shower him with affection. Not that he minded, he just happened to be in the middle of practicing something on his violin. Luckily it was moved out of the way in time to avoid any damage.

Minth didn’t mind meeting with the man at such late hours, however, it was becoming rather...concerning. He’s never seen Veles travel into the daylight. It is almost as if the other just completely disappears, nowhere to be found during the sun’s hours. The bard never knows where to find him during those times. “Is there a reason you only ever come out during this time?”
It’s the first time he has ever asked. “You...you do not have to answer if you wish to refrain...” The minstrel wouldn’t mind not knowing. At least he would like to believe it was unimportant. However, it left an unsettling feeling.

“CAMILLA!”
It was the only thing the princess heard before the minstrel was struck down in her place. An ambush had been waiting for their platoon to arrive at this spot, or perhaps from the looks of the small blade embedded in the bard’s back, a Hoshidan Ninja had thought to take out one of the Nohrian Royals here. Either way, Mintha had taken a hit clearly meant for Camilla.
He’d been the only one to notice just in time, and was grateful she was unharmed. However, despite his joy, she looked so upset. Mintha didn’t mean to be the cause of that expression on her face. Body trembling as he struggle to remain standing, he gave the woman a reassuring smile.
“I-It’s okay...” He coughed before his body finally gave out, the pain making it unbearable to remain conscious.

“Just as the music of your homeland has its own unique style and sound, as does Nohrian. I am a man dedicated to learning every type of instrument there is after all. However, the violin is unmatched against majority of instruments regardless of origin.”
And this is merely due to preference after all. However, the only other instrument he enjoys the sound is the shamisen. An instrument he doesn’t know a well as he wishes. His father was a master at it, and yet he was not. “Plus, you haven’t even heard me play yet, so how would you know?” Arguing with a Minstrel of all people probably wasn’t wise. He didn’t mind answering Oboro’s questions, though. They were a little amusing if not a little frustrating with how narrow-minded they seemed.
He cleared his throat. “And no. I only know how to cast spells through instruments. The use of tomes and scrolls are unknown to me. While learning an actual weapon would be ideal, the only thing I can hold without setting off...unwanted anxieties is a lance.”
