I’m actually pretty new to the fandom. What I normally do is just start following people and then following who they interact with.

Better to cast your net wide early on.

Well, the first thing I would do is go onto a theme blog like theme-hunter and find a good theme that suits your character. Your posts can always stand on their own, but a good theme really can make a huge difference in a first impression.

The boy continued to stare. Has all the work gotten to him somehow? Perhaps he didn’t get a chance to walk around the Underground? He always loved his walks after all..No, it seems like there’s so much more to it. As if he’s been tired for a long time. Though from what, he wasn’t so sure.

Perhaps this is similar to when Asriel saw an alternate of his own self. Was this not his father then? But someone of yet another timeline?..In the end, does it really change how he feels towards them?

* Of course, silly.

He smiled, walking over instead of rushing. After all, he didn’t want to overwhelm the other with a sudden tackle. With a small hop, he embraced his father.

Wrapping the boy up in his arms, Asgore held his son close. His thick armor left a distance between them- their bond separated by thick, cold metal. An apt metaphor, really.

For a long time, Asgore Dreemurr holds his son. The war, the tragedy, the creeping dread that fills him every time he thinks of humanity’s numbers... All of that is left behind. For this one moment, he is just a tired old goat, like he used to be. Like when they were a family.

Eventually, the pressures, the gnawing sense of unreality, bring back the King, and he releases Asriel, rising to his feet. “You should go see your mother.” A strange thought crosses his mind. What if this is real? Even if it’s just an illusion, is there really any harm in trying? “Tell her... tell her I miss her pies.”

Asriel kicked a pebble around, staring down at the ground the whole time. While everyone was so busy, he at least tried to entertain himself with something. However, upon feeling his father’s presence, the small prince immediately looked up. Stopping everything he was doing to give his father his undivided attention.

Of course he immediately picked up on his father’s demeanor. It’s far different than usual, really. Which only has him questioning just what exactly made his father like this. When usually he would be, from what everyone calls him, King Fluffybuns.

* Yes, sir.

For some reason, he felt he should address him that way.

The flowers under Asgore’s feet felt real. The air was stale, but crisp. He could even feel the slow, steady pulse of his soul. It was like no dream he’d ever had. But if this wasn’t a dream, what was it? A memory? Was Asgore seeing things? Or had the grief finally driven him to madness?

“You always were.” Old bones creaking and aching, the King of Monsters lowers himself down to one knee, almost eye level with his son. This boy, this poor sweet child, born into a cruel and unkind world. “Can... your old man get a hug?”

[Canon] - Normally followed with a canon character in brackets in another tag. This is so I can sort people out properly into each catagory. (Or in some cases make new ones.)

[Fanon] - Fan speculated or created characters to fit into the story (I.E. Lost souls or the six container souls.)

[OC] - If you have more than one Undertale OC, please pair it with [Multimuse]

[Ask] - Normally just when people send asks in and you - the mun - reply in a format that best suits you. Sometimes it isn’t paired with Art, but sometimes it is.
