Week of December 17th, 2017:
Christmas is rapidly approaching and I surprisingly feel very calm. Around this time last year, I was running around trying to grab all of my gifts at the last minute.
It feels nice to sit back and watch everyone else around me (for once) scramble in chaos trying to get their shopping done.

I have a few more Christmas related posts coming towards the end of this week! Stay tuned.
Week of December 17th, 2017:
This week I’ll be very busy, which also means I’ll be very stressed. Luckily, I have my pantry stocked with my favourite tea - Organic Spring Jasmine.
Benefits of Jasmine tea include:
Relieves stress - according to many studies, the aroma of jasmine tea helps the body release chemicals that promote natural relaxation and help uplift ones mood.
Improve Digestion - jasmine tea may help activate intracellular antioxidants to promote healthy bowel functions.
Reduces Pain - certain elements in jasmine tea may reduce swelling or inflammation.
There are many more benefits of jasmine tea that you can read about here: (x,x,x,x)
For the Best Brew (recommended by Mighty Leaf):
Heat water to 200°F (93°C)
Pour 12 oz of water over tea bag into cup
Let steep for 3 minutes
After drinking this tea continuously for about 2 weeks now, I’ve found that my digestion has immensely improved and I typically feel more calm/relaxed!
Week of December 10th, 2017:
After a busy semester, a friend and I decided to catch up over some warm drinks and super sweet waffles. Talking about the business cycle, current events, and where we see ourselves in five years really helped me overcome my post-finals depression.
