Week of December 17th, 2017:
This week I’ll be very busy, which also means I’ll be very stressed. Luckily, I have my pantry stocked with my favourite tea - Organic Spring Jasmine.
Benefits of Jasmine tea include:
Relieves stress - according to many studies, the aroma of jasmine tea helps the body release chemicals that promote natural relaxation and help uplift ones mood.
Improve Digestion - jasmine tea may help activate intracellular antioxidants to promote healthy bowel functions.
Reduces Pain - certain elements in jasmine tea may reduce swelling or inflammation.

For the Best Brew (recommended by Mighty Leaf):
Heat water to 200°F (93°C)
Pour 12 oz of water over tea bag into cup
Let steep for 3 minutes
After drinking this tea continuously for about 2 weeks now, I’ve found that my digestion has immensely improved and I typically feel more calm/relaxed!

This Iced Lavender Matcha Green Tea Latte Is the Only Drink You'll Need This Spring
Iced Lavender Matcha Green Tea Latte
Ingredients
1 teaspoon matcha powder
8 oz milk (any type)
1/2 oz lavender syrup (grab it online or make your own)
Ice
Directions
Mix the matcha with 2 oz cold milk using a frother or blender
Add lavender syrup.
Top off with remaining cold milk and stir.
Fill cup with ice. Pour your matcha green tea latte over the ice.
