It wasn’t so much as it was approaching him as it was her not knowing he was there to begin with. Her eyes were not as sharp, and being deaf certainly made things difficult. Upon realizing just WHAT she was seeing…well, it was clear she’d made a wrong turn.

“OoH…”

He tilts his head, eyes narrowing. The fluctuation of her voice was odd, and his ears sort of twitched forward. Seeing the apparent confusion, he decided this would be no threat to his meal. Unless she was daft just as she was confused.

“Perhaps you should turn back around.”

“I travel often for my work.” He simply put, his hands resting down by his sides, noting the twitching of the beast’s claws, it could be an act of hostility or not in his eyes, he was just not sure.

“Not for just sightseeing, I seek knowledge, and an old friend.” He said, a slight reaction to the other’s teeth made his foot twitch, but minor, and maybe unnoticeable. “I don’t wish to make enemies, either…” He gulped, unsure how to proceed with this unexpected interaction. “What is your name?” 

He gives a mere disgruntled sniff, like the explanation is not enough for his liking. It was vague, he didn’t much like vague, though he did not blame the stranger for it. Not the rational part, anyway.

“I am- Warwick. And you are..? There are many to be made enemies of here.” He replies, giving something of a dip of the head in his introduction. “Who are you looking for exactly? I know the streets well, and many of its occupants.”

The Shuriman looks around for the voice, noticing the large wolf man staring him down. He is nervous, the red eyes staring him down intensely, but he does his best to hide it. He was far away from home, wandering deep in a city full of stink and poverty.

“I mean no harm, I am just a traveler.” He said, his voice lacking emotions as he stood in place, unsure of the creature’s intentions. He did not want any trouble at this moment.

“You travel far.” He noted, claws twitching slightly as though he itched to do something with them- but he held still. He was okay for now, luckily for the Shuriman. He medicated often to prevent the animal from entirely taking over.

“What brings you to here? Surely not for sight seeing.” He bares his teeth and rumbles something like an amused chuckle. “You are right to fear me, but I have no ill-will. Yet.”

He'd been busy finishing what was left of his last hunt when she approached- the wolf man turning his head and flashing his teeth in an agitated snarl.

“Don’t you know better than to approach a hunter and his meal?”

    The wolf tips his head up a bit, giving a couple of sniffs before uttering a low growl. His posture is cautious, but not immediately hostile. 

   “You smell of Shurima to me, stranger. What is it you want?”
