honestly ruining history is so much better than bfu, hope bfu ends soon cause ryan is running it down. and I hope shane gets rid of ryan on ruining history, the only reason hes even on the show is cause shane probably felt like he had to since ryan invited shane on his show and we all know shanes a much nicer and better person than ryan is, ryan dont give a shit about shane
I’d ignore this, but I’m bored on this fine Monday. Allow me.
Ruining History is its own show with its own merits and isn’t comparable to Unsolved because it’s a completely separate concept and format with different content. See my post.
Ryan is on the show because Shane wants him there, they’re friends and colleagues and also worked together on the Test Friends. BuzzFeed Unsolved isn’t the first time they’ve worked together in a close capacity.
Shane likes having Ryan on the show so much that Ryan was featured in the promotional images for it, is in every episode, and Shane includes sports references just for him. Ryan also praises Shane for creating the show and encourages their viewers on Unsolved to watch it. If you think he’s there out of obligation, you’re delusional - although that much is evident given your constant tirade of nonsensical bullshit drivel sent to people’s inboxes.
Ryan is the creator and executive producer of Unsolved. He does not drag the show down; he’s the heart of it. He is passionate and creative and dedicated, hard-working and enthusiastic and hilarious, and spends a LOT of time researching and planning and doing everything he needs to do to make the show the success it is.
Once again, I’ll reiterate that Ryan and Shane are very firm, good friends. They go to Disney, to Knott’s Berry Farm, had a bike ride around Hyde Park, were general tourists in London, and spent a brief time as gator boys in Louisiana. They support each other’s projects both together and apart, effortlessly make each other laugh, share mutual interests, have always gotten along, and their dynamic and chemistry is tangible and not acted up for cameras. They are self-professed best buds who enjoy razzin’ on each other.
I’m pretty sure they’d find it fucking laughable that some moron on the internet is trying to pit them against each other when they’re obviously gonna be secure in their adult, mature friendship and work relationship.
Consider this my good fuck: maybe the reason you’re so keen on anonymously dragging obvious friendships online is because your own life lacks any meaningful relationship.
