Hi! It's been a while - and i'm terribly sorry for that - but i finished the translation. Took a hiatus or two to rethink my goals, cause i suddenly wasn't sure whether translating anything into russian is such a great idea.. Originaly planned to post on a russian site, but it's policies changed drastically since, so i had to change plans mid posting. Anyways, tumblr won't let me add a link, but i guess (i hope) ao3 notified you already. Thanks again for letting me do it, it's been an honor ❤️

Aw thanks anon that's sweet. I actually do not idk why but shyan is the only pairing I've ever even been tempted to write about! Maybe it's because when I started out the fandom was relatively smaller and there was less fic

I have no idea if there is a demand for it, cause the vast majority of russian fandom can probably read fanfiction in english, cause they watch the show in english. I wrote a bit of a part 2 at one point but it was considerably...not darker than the first part but less fluffy, exploring some of Ryan's issues in more detail and challenging the relationship between the two of them. hey, i just wanted to say that i finally finished reading your shyan hogwarts au fic and i have to say that it is probably my favorite fanfiction of all time. and, i've read thousands and thousands of fanfiction for 4 years now (i think) and i could never pick a favorite though i definitely have now. everything about it was perfection and i strive to write half as good as you one day. it was just amazing and i really wanted to let you know that i loved it so much

holy shit wait you wrote the hierophant? god you’re such a good writer! honestly i might like it better than some of the hp books (but don’t tell j.k. lol) it was so well thought out, and though I didn’t trust professor borden like,, at all,, I did NOT expect the ending! also the will they/won’t they of shane and ryan and how much they communicate with simple words or looks was just *chef’s kiss* good job my guy :)

aw thanks nonny! it’s always like a writer panic when you’re like “am i being too obvious? am i giving the reader enough hints for them to stay interested in the story? ahhhh!” I was hoping that people would guess that Borden was involved, but the exact nature of her investment in the issue would be a good twist.
