Chyler had just became a Jedi Knight and with that came more responsibilities with the clones wars going on and she'd have to lead her own troops. She was soon meeting the clones she'd be serving with, at least for this upcoming battle. They weren't the ones she was accustomed, but she was assured they were good.

"So I heard that you're some outstanding soldiers." She said, looking at to a clone. He was going to be her liaison with the rest of the clones. "Now I'm going to need your expertise, I'm not as experienced as other Jedi, so I'll follow your word." She admitted.

Lasky pinched the bridge of his nose, sighing softly. He was going to leave the academy. He was going to tell her, but then everything went to shit. Now, he wasn’t sure what he wanted to do.

❝ You know I feel about. Let’s just not talk about. That war no longer matters. ❞

“You’re right it doesn’t matter, not with these enemies.” She frowned, quickly reminding herself that he despised the war with the Innies. She really had trouble putting that aside but she really cared for Lasky. “You know, I’ve never been on a warship before, have you?” Chyler hated being in medical areas and especially being a patient in one but knew they had to be treated for anything that could be wrong after the battle. “So what’re you going to do now, or after we get released from medical?”

But that was the question Lasky kept asking himself, what would he do now? He wanted to help, yet there was hesitation.

❝ Maybe I’ll stay and help fight, maybe try and become an ODST. Or - I don’t know. It’s just to much to think about right now. Considering what happened, I think I need more time to think it over. ❞

“Well don’t worry, I’m sure nobody will mind what decision you make.” Chyler knew that he had a lot of potential and would make a great officer if he chose to continue with the military.

“As for me this entire incident, makes me want to fight these aliens. Avenge Dimah, Chen, General Black and everyone else who died.”

@axiousx Chyler didn’t know how to feel, she was only one of the survivors of CAMS and that terrified her. “Tom, I know it’s not gonna be alright, but we have to keep strong. We were meant to survive.” She said, grabbing hold of his hand. They were still clad in their armor and her tears cut steaks in the dirt that covered her face

He held the small object in his hand that Master Chief had gave him. Chyler was right, they had to remain strong. Yet, it seemed so hard too. They and the two others were the sole survivors of the attack. And had Master Chief had not shown up, they would be dead. Taking a deep breath, he simply nodded his head and softly brushing his thumb over her hand.

“ I know. ”

“I never would have made it out of it wasn’t for you.” Chyler was thankful to still have him as a friend and have him survive. “I recommend that you never get shot, it’s not fun.” She told him, trying to lighten the mood of the situation. She knew it was probably harder on Tom than it was on her, she’d seen innocent people killed on her home.

He tried to look on the bright-side of their current situation, though it proved difficult. Death was something he had never witness, nor the aftermath of it. Though it didn’t matter how he felt, what mattered was what they would do.

❝ What do we do now? There’s a new enemy, or maybe they’ve been there all along. ❞

"Yeah but when I was shot back at CAMS yoou were the one who helped me, you found the biofoam." She knew that she had to be there for him. Chyler was still planning on being in the Navy, even after this experience with the new enemy. "I'm sure they've been waiving us a very long time but we do what we have to and fight them, take them out and win this war, like we would have with the Innies."

Chyler had only seen a select few Spartans, they were still fairly new to her along with this war. It’d only been about two years since the fall of Corbulo and their narrow escape with the help of the Master Chief, But this guy was different than the others.

“Hello, I’m Chyler Silva, Ensign of the UNSC Navy.” She introduced herself to the massive brute of a human, though he looked nothing like a human in his armor.
