I would say Akali rests somewhere between Lawful Neutral and Chaotic Good. She isn’t for total lawlessness, but when it comes to the Kinkou clashing against her personal beliefs, she would rather fight for something she believes in.

“Good and evil are concepts that sometimes I believe in, and other times I do not. Most people view killing as evil, but I know it is the right thing to do for my people. I doubt most of my former Kinkou brethren think of me as a good person now, but I think none can honestly deny that my deeds have made an impact for the better.”

Akali rolls a shoulder. “But I do believe in evil, yes. Evil lurks around every corner, threatening every man, woman, and child in Ionia, along with the rest of Valoran and beyond. It takes our loved ones, our homes, and ultimately our own lives. But that is why I fight - to vanquish the evil, and to fix the systems that are in place that do not truly protect the people they’ve sworn themselves to.”

“I suppose that would work, yes.” Akali nodded toward Nasus, taking a few steps further from him in the forest she had been trekking through, intent on returning from her mission in time. She crouched down, looking up to the Shuriman at that.

“I cannot say it is something that I would want control of, though. I’m unsure if you know or not, but Ionians tend to be disposed to having some kind of magical talent. I am one of those considered unlucky to not possess such talent.”

She smirked beneath her mask. “Of course, I say considered because I do not find it to be a weakness myself. When you’re limited in ways that your peers are not, you tend to become stronger than them due to your cleverness and cunning. And I do not have the burden on my shoulders of having to be responsible with my magic, or it putting me in danger in any way. Do you possess any powers yourself, Shuriman?”
