My first tea pot! It doesn’t look a thing like what I had pictured in my head but I think it’s still kinda cute. I’ll definitely try again, and aim for a slightly bigger pot. I also forgot what clay I made this with so it’s gonna be a nice surprise once it’s fired 😅 I’ve found my biggest struggle so far with hand building is bloody lids & getting them to sit nice and flush. Hopefully with more practice and the odd YouTube video, I’ll eventually get the hang of them. Another sneaky little peak at a new dress that’ll be coming very soon 🌞 I’m just organising some custom-made wooden buttons for the centre front, and I also can’t decide whether to keep the built-in side seam #pockets or remove them to reduce bulk (not that they were causing an awful lot of bulk, but the dress does drape nicer without them) What do you guys think? Would you mind a little extra bulk if it meant you got to have pockets in your dress?
