We Met Again
So much had happened during her time in Beacon Hills. People being murdered. Supernaturals killing each other or greedy for power. Luna had experienced all of it before, however, during her time in Beacon Hills with Haru everything was different. There was no real explanation to why.
Her tongue ran over her teeth and she sunk her teeth into her bottom lip as she listened to Isaac talk about why he left. Though, she wasn’t exactly surprised by his reasonings. After he disappeared, her and Haru gathered up their own things and disappeared from the town too.
They needed somewhere better and wanted to experience things differently again. The twins eventually settled in Seoul, South Korea. Luna working as a dance teacher at an elite performing arts school, hence why she was visiting Chicago. She managed to land important meetings and watch auditions for the school.
“I understand,” Luna whispered. “Haru and I left a couple of months later anyways. That town was a trainwreck.” She chuckled faintly before stepping forward slapping him across the face, “Don’t you ever leave without telling me, Lahey. I missed you so much.” Now, that was an impulsive move.
Isaac grinned. No, he wasn’t crazy. She had definitely just smacked him, but she’d also admitted she missed him and that was enough to make him happy.
“I won’t. I swear,” he said throwing his arms up in defense as he took a step back. “So violent.”
He looked her up and down, as he shifted on his feet and put his hands in his pockets. She was so cute when she tried to act tough. He was tempted to ruffle her hair but decided against it since he didn’t want to push any buttons.
“I missed you too, by the way.”
