i went to get on the main to open it, because we were so close & i came back to people spamming the main's inbox with vulgar messages, still claiming that i stole a plot from a roleplay. despite the fact that elemental magic has been in witch lore for quite literally hundreds of years, there are some ignorant people in the world that claim is tole the idea from an unopened roleplay that i had never even heard of. despite how much i love this rp & the premise, i can't put myself in danger and subject myself to abuse from people. i'm sorry that i'm closing it down less than a day after it opened, but you can blame hate in the rpc for that.

whats the difference between a witch a wizard and a warlock??

i personally view wizard as a more gender neutral term. a witch is typically a female wizard and a warlock is typically a male. wizard, historically speaking & having to do with literature is also typically a male, but for bewitch’s sake, i kind of view it as gender neutral, like i said.

again, i honestly didn’t even know that roleplay existed. the element controlling aspect is in the lore of so many books and movies about witches. almost all lore about witches and wizards has them controlling an element connected to nature because it’s based on paganism. it’s not a novel idea. it’s an idea that has quite literally been around since the druids walked the earth. they certainly did not create it.

i had never heard of the rp until this anon, if i’m being honest with you. i just looked up their plot and they’re absolutely nothing alike. quite literally the only similarities is that both groups are about young elementals learning how to deal with their powers, which, if you read just about any young adult book based on magic, it’s the same thing. so this message is a bit of a stretch, if i’m being honest. i apologize if you feel that way, but this rp is honestly nothing like that.
