What's the name of this song I can't find it anywhere?

So I heard this song while watching Charmed on Netflix it was after the opening credits of the season 6 episode Used Karma. It's sung by a female. It's not Falling by Sara McLaughlin like people think it is and it's not on the soundtrack. Please help me find the title of the song it's driving me crazy.
