I really like spellfyre and am hopeful for its success, but having a singular ally quest chain (3 quests) cost 90 diamonds, when players can earn maximum 10 diamonds a day (assuming they are logging in every six hours AND have a scene to play) is just insane. the barrier of entry to a pivotal part of your story (getting know your allies on a deeper level) is so high literally only whales will see it, leading to even LESS potential customers having the chance to become invested enough in these characters to even want to spend money?

vera's only ever wanted her life to be about happiness and light but she's gotten herself all wrapped up in this terrifying and deadly adventure in which she's had to embrace the parts of herself she resents most, risk her life, and fight alongside people who have years of experience and training on her. and she's not even doing it because she has feelings for mc, this is just the kind of person she is; the type to return to her hometown after years of avoiding it because of all the emotional baggage and pain it holds for her for no reason other than to make her friend happy. if there's a better person out there i don't know them.
