Buvez souvent mais en petites gorgées, vous absorberez mieux l’eau. Si vous buvez trop d’un coup vous urinerez plus vite et vous serez moins hydratés.

Et ne buvez pas d’eau glacée ça sert à rien, pareil ça hydrate moins, vous pouvez pas duper le corps. Évitez l’alcool et les boissons trop sucrés.

Faites-vous un thé à la menthe tiède/chaud, je sais ça paraît horrible mais en vrai ça passe très bien (en petites gorgées toujours). S’ils boivent du thé chaud dans le Sahara c’est pas pour faire genre. Ça hydrate beaucoup mieux que l’eau trop froide et ça favorise la sudation (qui rafraîchit mais reste une perte d’eau donc compensez avec de l’eau plate tempérée/légèrement froide).
