I was thinking a few things with the roadmap art specifically with the wilting rose/or rather how Maxwell lets go of the rose. and I like to spin that into him rejecting the second life he was given as Maxwell, if that makes sense. but also, how impossible that would be, how They would never let go of him, how even if he let's go of something that represents him, Charlie, his identity, his past life, he's still a thrall.

random thoughts but was imagining maxwell/william as the night monster instead of the king in adventure mode but that thought wondered to him looking like the mocking birds so instead of one maxwell pissing you off every time you finish a chapter, you have two versions of maxwell pissing you off and mocking you like the mocking birds each time you finish a chapter, die, get fooled by the traps, or have anything terrible happen to you. most certainly narrating and berating you for it, and probably shitting on you if you pick any character. anyw
