You know, I know this wasn’t exactly the point of this post, per se, but it got me thinking about how frequently the space of the bathroom has come up already in Future.

We have the opening scene of Steven healing Cherry Quartz.

We then have Garnet, Pearl, and Steven going to the bathroom to freak out about the Rose Quartzes.

We have the group go into the bathroom for a “secret” meeting about Bluebird.

All of this has, I think, served to establish the bathroom—in the context of SU:F as a place of not only privacy, but indeed secrecy, but also one of potential healing.
