What to do......?

Just thinking about what you need to know now we have talked about the possible causes of your memory loss, which on reflection was probably in poor taste, Oh well.

Of course I can only speculate about what you might need to know this early on in the downloading process, but I have decided to concentrate on two main points at first:

Dogs, If you have recently come round blank you'll be wondering who the hell let those dogs in the house. You did, and I'll work on a video today to get you up to speed. 

Waste Disposal, The last time you came back from the void we had a house full of stuff (you were too frightened to leave the house for years). If that's the case again I'll document some of my trips to the tip (they call it the recycling centre now).

I found these memory tips on-line and think it's important that you talk yourself through them. Of course the best tip on-line about memory loss is BACK UP YOUR BRAIN, but you knew that already. x

This might just work... (The Plan)

Hey Bill, at this point I am not too sure but I think this might just work, of course you'll have to be the judge of that - and I'll never know.

Now (2014) I am new to the social media scene due to previously being crippled by social anxiety which was also the cause of breakdown N0` 1. After a few years of rebuilding our brain I am now in a position to enter the real world and get into the whole social media thing.  The real world is great and I embrace it every day.

Sadly I have not found much joy in social media if used in a conventional way so....I'm using it as a " brain backup" in case breakdown NO`2 strikes or you suffer memory loss for any reason. 

The Plan

This blog - I'll keep a log of the backing up process and post links to other information about us using the following sites:

YouTube - I have already made a few videos for you. This is proving to be a bit weird but it seems like a nice way for you to get a good measure of yourself.

Facebook - This will be useful for you to find out who your friends and family are and what random thoughts they have and what you think about those thoughts.

Pinterest - Good site for providing you with quick visual guides to things you like or dislike.  

Trip Advisor - I'll start writing reviews of places you have already been to and report how you felt about them. There is also a handy map, check this to find how well travelled you are to date.

Amazon Reviews - I'll start writing reviews for the things I purchase. Most products have reviews for them already but I'll try to keep them personal.

Twitter - Not too sure how to put this to good use, check it out - maybe I found a use for it.
