ā¦girly boy, but Iāve got it in my soul.Ā Itās my choice, itās my nature, itās my whim, itās my desire, itās my passion.Ā Yes, there are many things that Iāve done wrong in my life.Ā There are many things that have gone wrong too.Ā Of all the wrongs I have had in my life, being girly is definitely not one of them.Ā For too long, Iāve been embarrassed about it and scorned for it.Ā Iāve tried ācorrectingā it, purging it, sweeping it away, and ignoring it.Ā I have felt sad over it, angered about it, and lonely through it.Ā Yet, I am here to tell you today that this girliness about me is something that is NOTā¦I REPEATā¦NOT wrong.Ā
I enjoy the fact that Iām a feminine boy, and the fact that I want to enhance my girliness is something that is right for me.Ā Sure, Iāll never be a girl or be extra flamboyant.Ā Itās not about being like that.Ā Itās about being me.Ā How moreĀ ārightā can that be?
I wish for something similar for you.Ā First, Iād tell you not to beat yourself up over something as silly as trying to figure yourself out.Ā Everybody goes through those kinds of seasonsāsometimes many of them.Ā But secondly, if girliness is right for you, then embrace it for its worth.Ā Youāll be a better person because of it.
