Hes a small ghost child from an obscure little gamecube game called Disney's Party! (Which is a Mario Party based disney game!)

Btw, this is kind of a I'm too obsessed with this character I must show him to the world kind of thing. So dont mind if I go a little crazy when I find new stuff on him or fanart and stuff

Today is the anniversary of the first appearance - and thus, birthday - of a very obscure yet somewhat lovable Disney character: Billy Spook (aka Billy the Ghost), from the Nintendo GameCube game Disney's Party! Unfortunately, he's seldom been seen since, but maybe that could change one day. You never know. Anyways, Happy Birthday, Billy! Hopefully this Birthday won't be so lonely...

He's a non reoccurring character that only shows up in one game, that being Disney's Party (A Disney party game made by Hudson for the Gamecube back in 2003)

I FINALLY thought up of a decent design for Billy without his suit

After like....... multiple tries throughout the years of trying to make a design I liked

I took things I knew about the other ghosts in the Ghost Hunt minigame and how they all had some sort of attire to them and I realized that Billy may have that aswell! So I used all the brainpower I had in me to try and make something from that that made sense.

I was also allowed to take some inspiration from a friend of mine, @/l1me0p0ssum who came up with this absolutely OUTSTANDING (and objectively better than mine) take on Billy without his suit!!

I FINALLY FOUND THE ENGLISH TRANSLATION FOR BILLY'S FACT CARD!!!!!

So first two facts are obvious

Idk of the whole invisible thing is in general, or just in sunlight like the dialogue in the intro implies, but I'm still gonna say it's when he's in sunlight.

Okay, so one of my friends suggested I search on google for Disney's Party by it's Japanese name (ディズニーのマジカルパーク) AND I FOUND A BUNCH MORE STUFF I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT!!!

FOR ONE THING, BILLY DOES HAVE A CARD IN THE GAME!!! AND MORE OFFICIAL ARTWORK TO GO WITH IT!!!

ALSO HE HAS A SURNAME, SO HIS FULL NAME IS "BILLY SPOOK"

THERES ALSO VIDEOS OF THE JAPANESE VERSION OF THE GAME THAT SHOWS JUST HOW MUCH THE INTERNATIONAL VERSION RID OF IT'S ORIGINAL COLORFUL TEXTURES!!

I'm gonna go absolutely crazy I can't take this

I RECENTLY FOUND HIGHER QUALITY IMAGES TO THE BACK SIDE BOX ART FOR DISNEY'S PARTY!!!

I swear, somehow I end up finding more and more stuff on this game

I hope to see a video of gameplay from the Japanese version of the game at some point

Recently found out that somebody has been uploading the ripped textures and sprites for Disney's Party to the Textures and Spriters Resource and so I decided to redo the UV mapping on Billy's model with the newer and higher quality version of his textures that were uploaded!
