Binaurals
Binaural sounds are combinations of frequencies that make it possible to change neural activity and modify brain waves. For example, delta waves are associated with entering a deep trance state, theta waves are associated with short-term memory, and beta waves are associated with active thinking and long-term memory.

Combination of techniques
