TTC Budapest class 2015. Head stand is king of asanas but it also make us exposed to our deepest fears of uncertainty. Being as a human being we have lost our inner trait of enjoying the uncertainty, walking to unknown path and discovering our hidden self. We are conditioned from childhood so far with help of fears and temptation to live a pre devised lives.

Vashistaasana is dedicated to sage Vashista. This posture combines intense stretch in adductors along with balance capability on a arm and a leg. It builds concentration, develops confidence and improves circulation to lower extremity of body.
How to master Marichyasana ? Â
Marichya asana âDâ. Named after sage Marichya one of the founders human life on earth. The posture is advance in category. Due to use four twists in body.
1. At the knee of left leg, as you see in picture. This requires opened hips, along with a capacity to take weight on left thigh and hip.
2. The second twist exist on left ankle, that brings capabilities like Lotus (Padmasana). Left foot is pressed between right thigh and abdomen.Â
3. Twist on left shoulder joint makes it challenging and demanding for many students. This twist needs expert guidance from  the teacher, as if incorrectly done can be harmful for elbows.
4. At last, twist at lower back is done with mnaging the weight entirely on hips, lengthening the back muscles, with deepening the twist needs hours of practice.Â
