I always loved how Genos (from One Punch Man) and Teru (from Mob Psycho 100) basically get all their confidence of winning a fight by remembering Saitama or Mob!

Thinking stuff like “it could be worse than this” or “compared to him, this is nothing” and that’s what gives them strength. That’s what makes them push through a fight and win.

They probably have more confidence in Saitama’s or Mob’s powers than those two themselves.
