hello! life update! please read!!

i’m aware that some of my followers will be inactive now! but! i’m back!

i’ve been to two long-term rehabilitation centres since the last time i saw you! i’ve been working on my alcoholism, bulimia + anorexia & i’m happier than i ever thought was possible!

i’ve been sober/ED free for 5 months now! and! i’ve moved from the UK to south africa!

this time last year, it was physically and mentally impossible for me to sober up or stop my eating disordered behaviour - even to the extent of a suicide attempt - but! now! i’m living in possibly one of the most beautiful places on earth and i’m alive and i can watch the sunrise with tears in my eyes knowing that i’ve finally got a life again -

life can be worth it!🌻
