New Method Dropped: The Moonhaven Method
Disclaimer: The original meditation that goes along with this method was deleted but someone re-uploaded a similar version to it on YouTube. It is worse quality then the original but it still works for the background binural beats

This method uses the Gateway Process hemisync, energy conversion, and resonant tuning. Along with this it uses the Julia Method and the Alice in Wonderland method. It is a visualization method for sure.
Step One: Put some focus on your doubts in shifting. Think about it, feel that energy but DO NOT affirm these doubts.
Step Two: Once you have built up that energy, imagine a box or chest appearing. Put that energy that you feel into that box and walk away, those doubts cannot hurt you now.
Step Three: If you are listening to the meditation then go through the resonant tuning exercise but if not, listen to some binural beats and hum the same note out loud.
Step Four: Now is the time you need to get comfortable in bed if you aren’t already. Close your eyes and imagine that you are sitting under a tree. You have an animal with you and you are doing something that you love.
Step Five: The animal beside you runs. Chase after it to see where it is going
Step Six: The animal jumps down into a well, if you would like to shift then jump down along with it
Step Seven: While you are falling down the well you will feel weightless. You will also see vibrant colorful numbers counting down from 100 to 0, count along with those numbers
Step Eight: When you get to the bottom of the well, you’ll see a door. Start affirming things such as “i am in my desired reality” or “My desired reality is behind this door”
Step Nine: When you open the door you will see your DR self sleeping in your DR room. Approach them and merge yourself with them. You are pure energy in this state so you should be able to do this quite easily.
Step Ten: Go to sleep and wake up in your DR.

Hi, Hello, it's your girl Evie again, and today I will teach you how to direct your manifestations in the right way. What do I mean by that? Here's a little ✨Situation✨ for you:
Last weekend me and my friends went to Cologne (the German City in case this confuses someone) because there was a Stranger Things event we were dying to attend to. It was like a cafe that recreated some scenes from the show (like the wall with the letters, or the scoops ahoy ice cream parlor), and we were super excited for it. Now we were in a group of six, but one of my friends believes in manifestation and shifting too, which is why we tried to manifest to see Joe Keery (Steve) in that Cafe, because we heard that Natalia Dyer (Nancy) and Charlie Heaton (Jonathan) also visited that Cafe before, so we decided why just not you know? So we literally held our Hands, and meditated for a sec, trying to align our vibrations with our desire and we said/decided: "We will see Joe Keery in there!". So some time passes, we been in the cafe, shot some pictures, had some fun, leave the place, and my friend said: Wait we didn't even meet Joe today! I stopped in confusion. Yes we did not meet him, but since when do my manifestations not work? And then the realization hit me: "Because we said SEE him, not MEET him!" Because there was a photo-wall where some characters where framed and it was like the Byers house but with a ton of pictures on their walls and I even got a picture of me with the Steve-Picture, so yes. The universe gave me what I asked for. I SAW Joe Keery.
This is me trying to teach you, that you need to be very specific with what you manifest. If you manifested something, and it didn't occur in your reality yet, chances are you weren't clear enough about what you want to happen/see.
This happens a lot when people manifest signs from the universe. The universe can be very in your face with signs, but it also can be very subtle. If you manifest to ✨just see a sign✨ and you don't, you shouldn't get upset because you probably got your sign without realizing that this was your sign. In my post about my entire manifestation and shifting journey (scroll down a bit on my blog if you're interested) I made the same mistake. Plus if you're gonna be unspecific about your sign, make sure to always use your intuition in order to detect your sign, because that's how signs from the universe always work.
So no, the universe did not fail you, and your manifestations did manifest, but your instructions were very unclear. Under no circumstances ever be afraid of getting as specific as you want. This is number one rule in manifestation. The second one is: circumstances NEVER matter. I don't care if you are the average person, dying to meet Rihanna in your small town gas-station wearing a purple hoodie and sweatpants and gifting you a shit-ton of makeup just because she thought your earrings were cute, and you think it's unlikely. It's not your job to figure out how to make it happen, your job is to tell the universe that THAT is what you need it to give to you.
treat the universe like a little kid, when it comes to instructions, I am serious about this. If you just manifest to get a pretty face, and nothing happens I wouldn't be too surprised. But if you manifest that you want x-feature, and y-thing, and z-detail, you will most likely receive what you asked for. Think about it like this: The Starbucks barista won't know what to give to you if you just say "one coffee please". but if you say "One grande mocha-cappuccino" they're gonna meet your desires correctly won't they? So I guess the universe is your Starbucks barista.
In conclusion: The more details, the better. You want to manifest your soulmate? Describe them in every single detail you could possibly think of. You can even give them a baby-yoda shaped birthmark on their right buttcheek if you feel like it, if you want it, the universe will give it to you. If you ask for signs for the universe, ask for something as unlikely to happen as you want, the universe will always answer. If a cat falling down on your head is the sign you want to get, then it's the sign you're gonna receive. Periodt. Hypnotize shifting method ✨

i call this method the “Howl Method”. i’m sorry if i already exists, i didn’t know. also, feel free to adjust it to your liking if you plan on using it :)) sorry if it’s a bit long 😅
get into a comfortable position, and visualize yourself in bed. then, visualize yourself getting up from your bed, and walking over to your door. open the door. you see howls living space. calicifer waves you over and asks you a question: “hey, (your name)! are you ready to shift?” reply with yes. he will then say “go turn the door lock color to white, open the door, and walk through.” you will walk over to the front door and turn the lock until it’s white. then, open the door. visualize yourself looking through the door. you see your dr self. your dr self sees you too, and starts walking away. follow them. they will lead you to a door. open the door to find your dr self in their bed. lie down with your dr self. you guys should merge together. then, say your affirmations and visualize yourself in your bed, but the bed is going to different places from your dr in the blink of an eye. for example, one moment you’re in your room, the next you’re in a castle. visualize your dr self falling asleep, then you fall asleep when your ready. you should wake up in your dr. (this method will definitely work better if you’ve watched howls moving castle)
Insomnia Method

I designed this method to be more friendly to people who have a hard time falling asleep. Sometimes it can take me hours to finally fall asleep. It has gotten better since I started doing shifting methods, but sometimes it still takes me counting to 100 three or four times until I finally feel tired. This method does not require you to be tired before going to bed/doing the method, as the first part of the method is designed to get you in the headspace for shifting, either by tiring you out or focusing your mind. This is a non-visualization method as well, but you can add some visualization to spice things up if you feel like it will help.
-Lay in any comfortable position. It may be easier if your limbs are not touching, but it’s not necessary.
-Begin repeating any affirmation until you start to feel symptoms.
Symptoms can include:
Flashing lights
Random noises that do not belong in your CR
A feeling of weightlessness
Smells or feelings that do not belong in your CR
Tingles
Numbness in extremities
-Begin counting, as you would with the Raven method.
-Say an affirmation every 5 counts. You can also add pieces of your script.
Affirmations can include:
“I am shifting”
“I am in my desired reality”
“My name is [DR name]”
“I am [DR age] years old”
“I live in [DR town/location/country]”
“I am friends with [DR friends’ names]”
-Continue counting until you either fall asleep or shift! You can create a goal of any number you’d like, but it’s not necessary. This method is a mixture of the Julia method, which was created by Julia and was originally posted on the reality shifting Amino, and the Non-visualization method created by Shimmey Shay. The Non-visualization method is based on the Raven method, whose creator I have not been able to find.
MULTIVERSE BADDIE SHIFTING CHALLENGE
Hi dears!!! This goes for my reality shifting baddies out here. I have decided to create another challenge, but this time focused on reality shifting. So, as we all know, in the Law of Assumption community, some of us who are reality shifters believe that we are always shifting. When we blink, we are shifting, and every desire we manifest (whether big or small) and revise the past is a shift to another reality where we already had said desire or revision, because time isn't real and it isn't linear. I stumbled upon an article that changed my perspective on reality shifting and how effortless it's supposed to be forever. Please stop going to Tiktok or any other page for information on reality shifting and from now on only rely on this article for shifting. Ultimately, what makes you shift is yourself and your intention. You can even shift with doubts, people have shifted with doubts. No shifting rituals, subliminals or methods hold any power of you to shift, it is YOURSELF that shifts. Shifting blocks are not real, NOTHING holds you back from shifting. In honour of the blog, I decided to create a one-two week challenge on reality shifting. The key mindset is to acknowledge that you already are in your desired reality, and that reality shifting is so effortless, you don't need to do anything to shift. Do you need to remind yourself to blink? No. Same thing goes for shifting. Meditations, subliminals, methods, high vibrations, 100% belief, etc are not mandatory in this challenge. Also, you will shift if you stick to this challenge, it is a guarantee. While you don't need a perfect self concept to reality shift, this challenge also aims to perfect your self concept towards shifting too. It's a double win situation.
So, all you need to do is affirm throughout the day:
I am at my DR right now
As I am God/the creator of my reality, I can shift whenever I desire.
I can shift anywhere on command
Shifting is so effortless for me.
I reality shift faster than the void.
I am the best reality shifter in the entire multiverse.
I am a master reality shifter.
I intend to be/wake up at: _______
I can shift at any time of the day
Pick any of those affirmations or use all of them it doesn't matter. When I say to affirm throughout the day, I don't mean literally ALL day, I just mean whenever you remember. You don't need to affirm all day to do the challenge. Also, for my people who don't want to affirm all day, throughout the day, or simply forget, then you can just do it first thing in the morning and as you go to sleep. Also, you can command your subconscious once and go about your day.
You may ask yourself: Why should I affirm that I'm already at my DR right now if i can't see that I am? Remember that your real reality is the 4D, which is your imagination. Imagination creates your reality, and creation is always already finished. The 3D is simply a reflection of your old thoughts, tell yourself that you are at your DR, just like how Neville told himself that he was at Barbados, and you will be there. As long as you persist in the assumption that you are at your DR, you will inevitably shift there. Don't think about the logic of when or how, you can literally blink at be at your DR. People have shifted by just BLINKING. Since your consciousness is infinitely throughout the entire multiverse right now because you are God and God is omnipotent, you are technically already at your DR right now. Time isn't real, all you need to do is simply become aware of your DR. You become aware of your DR by simply commanding to shift there effortlessly and bam you will be there. You are literally pure consciousness not attached to any reality. YOU ALREADY ARE THE VOID, YOU CAN SHIFT INSTANTLY WHILE FULLY AWAKE AND CONSCIOUS ON COMMAND WITHOUT NEEDING TO GO TO THE VOID OR DOING ANYTHING ELSE. NO METHODS, NO HIGH VIBRATIONS, NO MEDITATING, NO FANCY SHIFTING ROUTINE, NOTHING. Also, don't go back to the old story of being in your old CR, you are in your DR right now. You already are a master reality shifter, so start thinking like one. Don't react to the 3D no matter what it shows you and keep persisting that you are in your DR right now even if you have a hard time believing, because you are.
The best thing is you don't even need to believe your affirmations to reality shift, people shift all the time even when they don't believe. Your subconscious has no eyes and ears, so it will believe whatever you tell it (affirmations=your thoughts). Remember your dominant thoughts create your reality no matter what, as long as you persist in them. Inevitably, when these thoughts on shifting dominate your mind, you will start to believe in them anyways. No matter what you feel or think, as long as you keep persisting in those affirmations YOU WILL SHIFT.

Hi, Hello, it's me Evie again, back with another post in order to distract me from the absolute heartbreak we got from the duffers two days ago. How are all of you doing?
Today I will talk to you about the importance of ✨letting go✨
If you have been around in the shifting/manifestation community, you will be familiar with the concept of affirming something and then ✨letting it go✨ in order for your desired scenario to arrive into the 3D. But some of you might not even know what letting go really means/what it requires you to do, which is why I came to inform you <3
When people hear letting things go they automatically assume it with „just not thinking about it anymore“ which yes, to some extent will work, but not in all cases. When you affirm something and step over into the letting things go phase you are supposed to just let things take their course and LET it HAPPEN to you. That includes stop obsessing over how, when, where and so on. If you really want to shift and you are constantly affirming and always thinking about what else you could do to speed up the process you have not let go yet. That’s something that I have struggled with A LOT. I was always worrying on „what can I do to better my chances of it happening“. The truth is: nothing. Manifest your shift in realities and watch it happen. Do not obsess over what else you can do for it to finally happen. Because first of all, if your mind is set on the idea that you need to keep doing something for it to work, it won’t ever work, and second of all, if you vibrate on the frequency of desperation and frustration you are not vibrating on the frequency you’d need to shift. You keep on adding to the manifestation, keep on letting the process in work, but you have not let go of the boomerang yet so how can it come back to you? And that is essentially what it means. You manifested 100$? Great! Now stop worrying on how they will appear in your life and let things just take their course. If you want to shift you need to have the mindset of being sure that you are already doing everything right that there is to do and that your shift is guaranteed and not a question of luck and effort.
Let go of the process and just let things happen to you. A lot of letting go goes hand in hand with two things : Faith in the Universe and Gratitude for the things you already have.Gratitude is one of the highest vibrations you can send out. The more you feel grateful for the things the universe has already given to you, the more it will feel like giving to you. The faster it will accommodate you.
Faith is self explanatory. But faith also means knowing. It means expecting. Don‘t overthink it, because you know it will appear, you expect it to.
So whenever you manifest something in the future, with whatever method you prefer, when it comes to the letting go part stop worrying. Stop forcing yourself to think about different topics and stop yourself from doubting your powers. Just let it happen to you on it’s own natural course and enjoy yourself while you wait on it. Express gratitude and believe in your abilities. That’s what letting go is all about my friends.

Reality shifting Methods
Here are methods, which you can use if you want to shift with your eyes open
Open Eye Method
Stare at any Spot (doesn't matter at what and where)
Imagine what waking up in your DR will be like (without closing eyes)
After a while you should feel your surroundings change
You can also say affirmations, while doing this method
The Ceiling Method
Sit down or lay down and relax
Focus on your ceiling and imagine different things from your DR
Repeat affirmations as the ceiling starts moving/looking farther away
Your eyes will start to close. Let them. Then fall asleep and you will wake up in your DR
A GUIDE TO SHIFTING METHODS !
just a very quick fyi before we get started! this guide is going to be as in depth as i can possibly make it without it being too long or daunting. i'm going to try explain the who, what, when, where and why's to the best of my ability!
what is a method? A shifting method - to put it simply - is a set of steps that you can follow that can help you shift easier. there are sooo many possible ways that you can enter your desired reality, and it can be daunting to understand what will work and what wont for you. methods can help you if you have trouble entering that almost meditative state and help you break out of the confines of your current reality!
how do I use a method? depending on the method we're looking at, there will be a different set of steps to follow. e.i the raven method is the most simplest method there is, and it literally just consists of lying on your back and counting to a desired number (it's really good for baby shifters!). as long as you set your intention with FULL belief, any method will work.
do I need a method? are they compulsory? no! you don't need a method, it's completely your choice. you will be able to shift with or without one regardless, they're just there if you feel like you want some extra help on pushing through.
what is the difference between an awake and asleep method? the difference is actually really simple, but i struggled with understanding it at first so i added this section in haha. but in short, an awake method is one where you choose not to fall asleep and then wake up in your desired reality, instead you'd be awake the whole time and feel your surroundings change as you enter your desired reality. apposed to an asleep method where you fall asleep and when you awake, your eyes will open and you'll be in your desired reality.
what are common methods? there are endless amounts of methods that are used but the most common i have found are the following (i was gonna link these to video guides where ppl explain it but they are SO hard to find for some so i've explained it instead):
raven method this one is super super simple, it's usually used as an asleep method where you're required to be at least a little tired before hand. in this method, you basically lay down on your back in a starfish position and count to 100 in your head. while doing so, repeat affirmations between each number (or each 10, whatever you wanna do) such as "i am shifting" "i have shifted" "i will shift" etc. after this you'll awake in your desired reality. pillow method this one's REALLY simple too! just write down your affirmations on a piece of paper, repeating them to yourself before bed, and then going to sleep with the piece of paper with the affirmations on it under your pillow. you'll wake up in your desired reality. julia method this method can be used as either an asleep method or an awake method. you're simply required to find yourself in a comfortable position (lying down, in a chair etc.) and repeat the words "i am" until you feel symptoms. once you start feeling shifting systems, switch to saying affirmations like "i am shifting" or "i am in my desired reality". heartbeat method this method is a bit more complex and requires a bit of visualization. when doing this method, find an audio of a beating heart (preferably no longer than 15-20 minutes) and place it under your pillow before bed. with your head resting on your pillow, visualize yourself in your desired reality, with your head on top of a person you trust (could be your comfort character or s/o). visualize the heartbeat audio being their heartbeat. once the audio has finished playing, visualize this person waking up and leading you to a door, once you reach this door, imagine them asking you "are you ready to go home?" if you are, follow them through the door. if not, repeat a few more affirmations until you feel ready. when you step through he door, the room will fill with a bright white light, and eventually, you'll feel like you're falling. as you fall keep affirming you are in your desired reality, and once you finish your fall, you'll wake up in the reality you wish!
our favourite methods and what worked best for us
my current favourite method is the' dr strange method'! it personally really works purely because i love visualizing and it's easy for me. i know a lot of people can struggle with the visualizing part so it may not be the best method for everyone! i also love the 'cinn's method' which is a slightly more in-depth version of the raven method. 'the raven method' was the first one i ever used and initially brought me the closest to reaching my desired reality. another one that i've been meaning to try out is the 'dream-walking method' which might already be a thing but i know Fen is working on making an in-depth guide to it right now!

The “Mirror, Mirror” Shifting Method
This method has a couple parts to it so bear with me here, I promise it’s a good one. (Hopefully)
Mind Reprogramming (daily task)
Awake Method
or Sleep Method
Part I - Mind Reprogramming
This is the most important part of the method, so pay attention carefully.
If you’ve ever been to the spooky side of the internet, or even played spooky games at a sleepover you’ll probably have heard of the game I’m about to describe. If not, don’t worry, as I said, I’m about to describe it.
Basically, how the game works is you go into a room (usually a bathroom) that has a big enough mirror in it. You close the door, shut any window blinds, turn off the lights - basically make sure it’s pitch black and completely dark. Then the game gets spooky because your mind fills in the blanks and makes like, eyes behind you or warps your features. Some people control it and change their surroundings to purposefully scare themselves or others when recounting their time.
The Reprogramming works in a similar way/works off of this.
To reprogram your mind, go into the pitch dark room with the mirror and stand in front of it like in the game. Instead of spooky things, however, imagine you look like your DRself. Basically, help your mind “fill in the blanks” and spend 10-15 minutes doing this and “seeing” your DRself in the mirror. You can go as far as trying to invision the bathroom/equivalent room and getting it to look like the one in your DR.
I suggest doing this 3-5 times a day in order to reprogram your mind and get it used to seeing this DRself and associating it as being you. (Because it is.)
Part II - The Awake Method
This is method ½ and is for if you prefer or want to try doing it as an Awake Method. Sit in a comfortable spot, on a bed, in a chair, on your couch, wherever it is you want to shift. Then take some deep breaths and close your eyes. Start visualizing, you can affirm if you’d like to during the method, but you don’t have to. It’s recommended to affirm before beginning.
With your eyes closed, visualize yourself (in first or third person, however is easiest for you) exactly as you are in your CR. You’re in the room with the mirror, the one from the CR, but it looks bright in your mind’s eye. Visualize that the room is lit, basically. Now visualize yourself approaching the mirror.
At the mirror you see your DRself (the one you’ve been seeing in step 1) and they mirror your actions. They look just like your mind remembers. Then, visualize the bathroom behind them. Visualize them reaching through the mirror slowly, affirming that you are them, and offering you their hand. Visualize that they ask if you are ready.
If you aren’t ready allow your DRself to continue affirming that you are shifting to them. If you are ready then take their hand and try as hard as you can to visualize the entirety of that bathroom. Imagine them pulling you through and you fall into them, colliding and lying on the floor of your DR. Visualize yourself getting up and looking in the mirror. You see only your DR bathroom behind you in the mirror, and you are your DRself in the mirror.
Take a breath and close your eyes. Do a final round of affirming as your DRself, then open your eyes and see that you’ve shifted.
Part III - The Sleep Method
This is method 2/2 and is a sleep method. To do this method please go lie down on your bed, a couch, or wherever it is you plan to fall asleep and shift. Take some deep breaths and affirm a bit while you calm down. Then close your eyes and do a few more affirmations. It’s just about time to begin visualizing, and you can affirm if you’d like whenever you want during the method, but the only time you really should is towards the end and right before starting the method.
With your eyes closed, visualize yourself (in first or third person, however is easiest for you) exactly as you are in your CR. Visiualize that you’re in the room with the mirror, the one from the CR, but it looks bright in your mind’s eye. Basically, visualize that the room is lit. Now visualize yourself approaching the mirror.
At the mirror you see your DRself (the one you’ve been seeing in step 1) and they mirror your actions. They look just like your mind remembers. Then, visualize the bathroom behind them. Visualize them reaching through the mirror slowly, affirming that you are them, and offering you their hand. Visualize that they ask if you are ready.
If you aren’t ready allow your DRself to continue affirming that you are shifting to them. If you are ready then take their hand and try as hard as you can to visualize the entirety of that bathroom. Imagine them pulling you through and you fall into them, colliding and lying on the floor of your DR. Visualize yourself getting up and looking in the mirror. You see only your DR bathroom behind you in the mirror, and you are your DRself in the mirror.
Turning to the door of the bathroom, imagine that it attaches to your DR bedroom, and take a moment to visualize that and build it up in your mind’s eye. You are shifting, so it may take a second or two to fully become apparent, and even if you’ve only got a vague clue or a vibe of the bedroom it’ll be fine walk into. Visualize your DRself going to the bed in your DR bedroom and lying in it. Fall asleep in your DR bed repeating the line “I am shifting, I have shifted” or something like it until you fall asleep. When you wake up you will have shifted.
Important Notes:
It is not guaranteed that you will shift with this method, as everyone is different - but the method and the reprogramming will at worst do nothing but familiarize your mind with the image of you as your DRself.
If you have trouble visualizing, don’t worry, visualize whatever feels natural, and don’t linger too much on one spot or another.
You will shift, you have the power to do so. You are capable, and strong, and worthy.
The MAX method (stranger things shifting method)
OKKKKK so I literaly just randomly thought of this. So in this method is a non sleep method.
For this method what you willl need to do is lay on you back and you have to be very still. You will try to get as comfortable as you can in that position then start slowly counting to 50 or until you feel tired. Next you will have your favorite song playing and you will imagine yourself in Vecna's world and basically you imagine as if something is pulling you back, maybe it's this world or your problems in this world and you have to start imagine yourself pulling away as you notice a portal to your dr opening and on that portal you see all your desired scenarios and you have to run as fast as you can to reach everything. Once you run into the portal, imagine yourself in your dr bed. While imagining your surrounding and your dr bedroom say affirmations of you shifting. Once you feel shifting symptoms you are successful. Also for the last part script that you open your eyes as soon as you shift thats how you will know.
The Multiverse Baddie Shifting Method
i just wanted to put a disclaimer that I have YET to shift but I know that I'm already at Hogwarts right now so that's all that matters. ANYWAYS....reality shifting is easier than blinking, and we shift all the time, everything single we do and manifest is a shift to a reality, that's already been established in the Law of Assumption community. I just feel like regurgitating it because I want to drill in everyone's skulls on how EASY shifting is, because my method is so simple. Stop going on to Tiktok for shifting information.
For my method, listening to subliminals, meditating, reading your script etc is not necessary. It can either be an awake or asleep method. My method is super aphantasia friendly as it's mostly focused on counting and affirming but if you want to visualise or use your 5 senses you are more than welcome to do that. YOU CAN STILL SHIFT WITH DOUBTS!!!! PEOPLE HAVE SHIFTED WITHOUT BELIEVING.
1. The first thing you're going to say is: I intend to wake up at _____ because I know for a fact I'm already there
2. Then count for the next set of 20 numbers, you can count slowly or quickly. You will only count to 100.
3. The next thing you're going to say is: I am the most powerful and best reality shifter in the entire multiverse. Say this affirmation with confidence.
4. Count the next set of 20 numbers
5. Then you'll affirm: I am pure consciousness not attached to any reality.
6. Count the next set of 20 numbers.
7. The next thing you'll affirm is: I have already expanded my consciousness and I'm aware of ________
8. Count the last set of 40 numbers
9. The last thing you'll say is: I am at ______ right now no matter what.
If you're not asleep by then you can think about your other reality as if you're already there, keep affirming, visualise being there, or use your 5 senses as if you're already there until you fall asleep or shift there awake. You don’t have to say these affirmations exactly you can always change the wording to your liking and you don’t have to count perfectly. You don’t have to affirm in that specific order either. NOTHING WILL AFFECT YOU FROM SHIFTING OK??
The reason why I picked those affirmations specifically is because all you need to shift is yourself and you intention. You are not TRYING to shift to a place because you're already there, all you need to do is become aware of your other reality. Also, you are just pure consciousness not attached to any reality, you can be in any reality in a blink of an eye, literally. You already are the best and most powerful reality shifter in the multiverse PERIODT.

hi, hello my beautiful readers, my name is evil evie and today I manifested that this will reach exactly who needs to hear this.
tell me if this has been you the past days/weeks/months or maybe even years:
You have been informed about shifting, created yourself a DR you would have wanted to shift to, then proceeded to try every single shifting method out there, thanked your water because you resorted to accepting shitty shifting advice, and then screamed at the universe out of frustration. If yes: HI, I CAN RELATE! I am pretty sure every shifter can. or well, most shifters.
Now what would I, as your favorite shifting blogger, advice you to do? Here is a list of evil evies tipps that changed evies view on shifting:
You don‘t need anything, and I mean anything, in order to shift realities. You don't need a method, you don't need the perfect mindset and you don‘t even have to drink 3 liters of water daily. You just need you, and the simple INTEND to shift. I swear. You don't need anything else then wanting to do it. Methods, subliminals etc. can be a helpful tool, but they are not required nor are they a guarantee.
Your mindset will do more for you than your actions. Shifting is not something that can be achieved 100 percent if done in a certain way. It can be achieved, if you let yourself achieve it tho. What I mean by that, is that our world always reflects our inner thoughts. If you constantly put up a barricade for yourself, in which you tell yourself "Oh shifting is so hard, and unachievable and only a lucky few get to experience it, and what are the odds I get to do it", of course you won't succeed, because you will reflect that energy in the 3D world you live in. Your mindset is what will actually help you come closer. You need to reflect a world in which not only it is the easiest thing ever to shift, but it is the most natural thing to you and you are amazing at it etc etc.
Everyone is capable of doing it. This is a serious realization you actually need to have. Often shifters don't even doubt the shifting in itself but they doubt that THEY can shift. Which is utterly stupid. There is no reason I would be able to do it, and you wouldn't. Look at all the celebrities around you and ask yourself if they might've scripted themselves into this. You will notice some of them have suspiciously easy or suspiciously hard lives, that sound like a dramatic script sometimes. Take it a step further: look at your own life. What are the possibilities that this life is just a DR that your former you scripted out of boredom? Why wouldn't you be able to just do it again?
Stressing out is blockage. Listen, I get it okay. Look at my last post, it is literally a rant on how I just want to finally shift. YOU WANT TO LEAVE THIS PLACE. But stressing out about it, is you emotionally putting up a wall that you will have to climb again. You are making it harder on you than it needs to be. Remember: you are only projecting your inner thoughts into the 3D. If you make it hard, it IS hard. You wanting to escape is understandable. But why make the escape plan harder than it has to be?
to put it in a short summary:
everybody can shift, if they just decide to do it, even you
you need to relax and make the process easier for yourself, because you are the creator of your reality and you decide on what your process looks like
you can shift too
if you think it's easy: it's easy.
