what she means: shatter me has one of the best character development in young adult fiction. warner turns from a seemingly emotionless character that slowly evolves into someone who learns to care and prioritize his feelings. juliette begins as a girl who's been mentally unstable for the past year of her life from being locked up because of what she can do to someone who evolves a girl who learns to control her powers and becomes stronger emotionally, mentally, and physically. shatter me is one of the best trilogies in ya and deserves more appreciation.
