its all ai generated. i think people in general just need to keep an eye out at this point instead of lauding praise on people who dont really deserve it

The current vein of AI usage on art is infuriating on a lot of levels, and this is one of them: that art styles are now scrutinized for being AI generated

That's not to debunk this post btw, but right now the whole situation is just so so sad. Sometimes the "telling signs of AI" could be actual human error, or just how an artist renders, or just a detail that happens to exist. We can get duped into unknowingly praising AI work, or accidentally accuse someone's art of being AI-- especially when a style gets eaten and spat out by the AI machine, and we have trouble telling counterfeit from the genuine article.

Artists are being stolen from while being framed for stealing, so keep an eye out but please also be careful when calling out AI work.

<My most favourite Naruto fit is his Sage mode. I tweaked his design a bit tho. I love his intro when he arrives to fight Pain. So I wanted to pair him with my fav Sasuke fit which is the time he met with Naruto with a robe top. I love the frogs, Nart's robes,and his scrolls like he is so badass (why can't they dress him up a bit more like this other than his jumpsuit).>

sometimes i can’t even defend sns fandom against other shipping fandoms like ss/nh when people in here are dumb in the same way. i just hate that narusasu is discredited because of stupid people’s wrong takes.

it’s so easy already of narusasu to be discredited because of homophobia and heteronormativity, we put so much thought into analysis about the ship and we still are gaslighted with tons of “they aren’t gay” or whatever. and then people in the fandom come with takes that could easily be checked in the manga and makes the discrediting job so much easier.

I still plan to draw it as it also such a nice concept (well at least for me), but it makes me very happy you like it as well ( ´ ∀ `)ノ～ ♡ I have not let go of that AU yet and for sure you will see some sprinkled in the future. (hopefully, I am currently doing some moving, so I going to be semi-IA for a period (つω`｡) ).

I just need to come up with good ideas (that I won't cringe about, and the things I drew for that AU seems to be not good enough to be posted ʕノ•ᴥ•ʔノ ︵ ┻━┻ , but eventually I will struck up a nerve and come up with something I think is good).

NARUTO AU: Student Librarian Sasuke x Student Athlete Naruto

When you meet a very pretty librarian...

Now Naruto would make sure to go to the library right after practice, just because he wants to "help out".

<I did yet another doodle in the cafe today because I saw a student librarian. I immediately thought of Sasuke. This is rather a quick one because I had to catch my bus so it is a quite a mess BUT I really like the trope of a jock x nerd pair 😤, and SNS would def fit. Naruto would do his sets as efficiently and quickly as possible just so he could meet Sasuke. If his match is coming up, he will try to come up with ways to invite Sasuke to watch his match but can't seem to be straight forward with it because he is too damn shy. AH. I might colour this.

This time I drew SNS closer to my style. And I don't know why I keep having ideas outside when I'm totally not in an environment to draw 😐>

Do you know what part of the manga Naruto implied he would take on the villages if they did kill Sasuke? I do remember that one but Bec of you answer it makes wanna read that part again 😭

Thank you for your awesome answers as always. I don't know how it is a debate though? Honestly, ppl think Naruto is some sort of saint and he will choose the "for the good of the people and the village" type of guy. Like they are forgetting that Naruto's condition is for Sasuke not to be killed, that is why the boy is willing to endure all of those hardships, beatings, and anger.

Imagine if they did manage to kill Sasuke (which is unlikely Ofc), then it is over for everybody and Kurama is gonna have a feast.

well thanks, anon! i honestly don’t know how it’s still a debate either… naruto says multiple times in the manga that he refuses to die before becoming hokage and yet he doesn’t even consider that when it comes to dying with sasuke just so they can understand each other in the afterlife. sasuke just becomes something bigger than naruto’s own dream of being hokage (and that most likely is because sasuke’s love for him is genuine, while konoha’s isn’t, but that’s for another time).

the part you asked me happens when naruto is begging to the raikage to spare sasuke’s life, i even made a joke about this.

naruto says he doesn’t want sasuke’s death to spark a war between konoha and kumo, but like- who in konoha would do that? only naruto would lol. i said “villages” in the answer even though he just says kumo here because the way he talks it’s pretty clear that he would go on war against any village if they were responsible for sasuke’s death, kumo just happens to be against sasuke in that moment because of what happens in the manga.

I wanted to ask you on what you think about those who support SasuNaru yet they hate the other character (like anti Naruto or Sasuke)? Esp the hate on Naruto (I am surprised - saying stuff like Naruto is selfish and didn't care to understand Sasuke at all/ Sasuke shouldve been the MC yet Kishi decided to all focus on Nart I'm like??? And how Naruto is wrong on thinking of chasing and saving Sasuke, even implying that Naruto is pushing his ideals onto Sasuke as Nart is for Konoha -My head spinning).

I don't know how we get to this point yet we read the same material... I am just 🥲 and currently re-reading Naruto right now. This might open a can of worms so feel free to not answer directly.

I don't really get it, why ship a pair together when you hate one half of it? Weird...

Heavy emphasis was put on 'understanding each other' throughout the entire manga and this was not just limited to sns. So many characters talk about it from Nagato to Madara to Hagoromo because understanding one another is an important concept within the story. For sns specifically, one aspect of them trying to understand each other was Naruto trying to understand Sasuke's POV and actions while Sasuke tried to understand why Naruto would go so far for him. As Naruto progressed throughout the story and tried to understand Sasuke, in turn Sasuke came to understand what Naruto felt for him. Though the basis of their relationship stems from an understanding and feeling a sense of kinship through their shared experience of loneliness, they didn't understand each other fully - but that's the story... them finally reaching an understanding and reconciling.

There are some things Naruto definitely could've gone about better, but I don't think he was overall selfish since ultimately what Naruto cared about was Sasuke's well-being. This was often even at the expense of his own. Both at Vote1 and the Reunion Naruto's reasoning for bringing Sasuke back to Konoha was because Orochimaru was going to kill him. Naruto trained to get stronger because he wanted to assist Sasuke's fire with his wind, not tear it down. When Sasuke killed Itachi and then found out the truth and joined the Akatsuki, everyone was against Sasuke, yet Naruto was the only one who even tried to understand him and advocated for him without outright deciding to kill him in comparison to his peers and the rest of the world. He even had his own revenge/forgiveness arc with Jiraiya which Kishimoto cited as the reason for not bringing back Jiraiya via Edo-Tensei, since it was done to help Naruto understand Sasuke better. There were many panels of Naruto laying around and thinking about Sasuke, wondering if he was okay, trying to understand his actions, etc. At Kage Summit Sasuke himself agrees with Naruto's proposal and decides to honour his promise, that's where Naruto stops chasing him and waits for Sasuke to come to him, and they do eventually have their fated fight at Vote2. Again, Vote2 wasn't Naruto beating Sasuke into submission, he just didn't want Sasuke to be alone and in pain. 

I guess Naruto stans are mad Naruto didn't wipe the floor with Sasuke and Sasuke stans are mad that Sasuke didn't set himself up as a humanity-void vessel to dispense judgement for all eternity even though that would obviously cause Sasuke pain. They both could've done things better but they are the product of the times they live in. And also, Shonen manga. Ultimately they reached a mutual understanding and agreed to co-operate together.

Also Kishimoto didn't decide to focus all on Naruto lol. He even said people told him his manga should've been called Sasuke. He wrote Naruto and Sasuke as Yin and Yang, progressing together, giving the MC's rival his own storyline and individual focus with his own divulging goals not centered around the MC is pretty much unheard of to me as far as traditional Shonen go.

If Naruto wasn’t strong as he achieved to be now, he wouldn’t be able to handle Sasuke’s rage and hate. Naruto did all the training for 3 years, having Sasuke in mind. Naruto believes Sasuke is worth having love, because hate and revenge literally destroys you inside (that is why Sasuke is basically trying to kill Naruto, and be hokage, bearing the consequences of being alone because he thinks he deserve that).

and then in the final chapter of boruto, naruto wakes up suddenly. sasuke peers in the door and asks if he's alright. "yeah, i'm fine... just had a really intense nightmare, i guess..." "well, hurry up and get out of bed, usuratonkachi. breakfast is ready," says sasuke.

they eloped and live in a quaint little house on the outskirts of the village with their little vegetable garden and a couple of cats.

Then they adopt a war orphan who was wandering in the forest. Took them in and treated the orphan as their own child. Trained them and passed on their skills till they mastered it. The war orphan has now become a legendary sage, bearing both wisdom and power passed on by the Uzumaki and Uchiha. Knowing the truth from their fathers, they also refuse to associate with the village.

The new generation of ninjas seek to find answers about last two powerful men in Konoha. Some aim for the skills and power, some for wisdom. But they must go deep into the forest, way beyond the village, to find the sage. However, it will be up to that sage whether or not it will welcome any shinobi; they must bear the ideals of Naruto and Sasuke, if not, they will answer to no one.

<Cue main character that is completely unrelated to SNS, which will then try to bring in a new kind of shinobi, a new “ninja way”, aiming to dig into the terrible shinobi system that was left behind. MC believed that the story of Naruto and Sasuke is more than what was told in the village. Somehow, people are concealing the truth. Has the village truly changed for the better? But, MC is still far too naive, and needed guidance. Thus, the sage can be their ultimate teacher>

Then add whatever new jutsu or characters, different tests for the chunin exams, they could have the genins study not just in Konoha, but also in other villages.  New weapons, new villains, etc. How is the new generation going to change the era of the shinobi etc. etc. There is so many things you could do if you want to at least have Nart and Sas to have some connection to the new gen at the same time not having their characs destroyed just so you can achieve development on your MC.

Or better yet, have a new story altogether.

⚠️ WARNING: LONG RANT AHEAD

I don't wanna do it on twt but freaking Salad's design on that timeskip... Sorry but it makes her look like she is just there to be a doll, like the rest of the girls (heck I am still icked that basically all of them needs their legs to be shown?? Ike what the f?? ) isn't she basically an Uchiha? If she aims to be a Hokage she has to be just as skilled (not freaking aimed to be saved like what kind of vision is that IkE??? Making her look like a freakin damsel in distress)

And the heels... how are you supposed to fight in those high heels? I am forever bitter with the design. More focused on creating a visual that would appease a certain kind of "crowd" (Idk maybe Ike is part of it), than the storytelling of it all. (And I know some in the Akatsuki wore heels and even Tsunade but THEY WERE GROWN WOMEN WITH EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS vs 16 year old who is still in training??? A chunin?? Their ranks are different. And Salad have platforms on top of those heels, how are you gonna jump and run and kick and ninja with those smh)

*lots of casuals were dragging the design btw, saying stuff like Salad is basically going to a night club and Burrito looks like he got three people under his cloak*

Bruh Naruto trained to catch up to Sasuke and stand with him as an equal.. I dont know what is the even the goal for this story. And the whole Momo-whatever-the-heck inside Burrito is just another reason for Burrito to get something just like how Naruto has kurama. He still gets to be overtaken by that and still can't control it. And apparently something might happen to Sasuke Bec of it.
