Got a heads up for y'all!

So this next week, I'm taking it all off. No streams. Reason is that I'm gonna be visiting with distant family! Once in the middle of the week, and once during the weekend. So right around all my usual stream days.

As for this Friday, there's a slight chance that I may have to postpone the watch party of The Mask. Turns out, I may have to leave earlier than I had originally planned. Not sure yet, but I'll update you on if it's "GO" or "NO GO."

Spotlighting a cause being spearheaded by my friend @novastarlyght.

Zecil has been a MAJOR player in the scene for 'Shadowverse', a digital card game made by Cygames. The same Cygames responsible for Umamusume.

in 2025, Cygames launched a new free-to-play game called 'Shadowverse: World's Beyond'. The sequel to the original.

People were heavily concerned about what this meant for the original Shadowverse, and whether Cygames would end support for it. Representatives of Cygames had once claimed that they still intended to keep the old game running in some capacity. Supposedly for several decades.

However, this has changed. The game is being end-of-service'd on June 30th, 2026. There have been no plans announced to archive a version of the game for people to access after it's discontinued. It's likely that Cygames' intentions are to funnel old players into the new Shadowverse and play that instead.

Zecil has started a GoFundMe to collect funds for a programmer to help create an archived version of Shadowverse, with as much functionality intact as possible. As of me writing this post, the GoFundMe has raised $1,436. 66% of their primary goal of $2,200 for the initial reverse-engineering job.

Happy 413 to all! Homestuck has been a hell of a part of me growing up, been with me since I myself was 13, reading the very start of it. I share a damn exact birth date with Jade Harley (Dec 1st 1995) And it's shaped a lot of my humor over the years.
