She lost N at some point. Not, like, metaphorically losing him because he died or something, they literally just got separated when a particularly big monster came crashing down. She should install a GPS tracker on him or something- why didn't whoever made the disassembly drones put something like that in them? Well, she can guess.
The flying monsters were new. Uzi couldn't tell if they spawned like that, or if they copied her and grew wings. But there's no one in this part of the ward that's singing, no one brave enough to give her a little backup, apparently. Without that, Solver powers don't work on them, which is fucking bullshit, because who made these things immune to god powers?
A few of them close in on her. They're hunting her, for whatever reason. Running didn't work, and fighting barely does anything. Just her luck. Just her luck, she's gonna fucking die for the first time in this bullshit city and it's gonna be because of some stupid hackers.
Uzi swirls a small purple orb around her fingers, feeling the gentle pull of the NULL's gravity well. She flings it towards one of the machines, but it just orbits around them for a few moments before dissipating.
"Oh, c'mon!" she shouts. "That's my best fucking move, you can't just ignore it! That's not fair!"
But the machines don't care about her accusations. They continue to creep forward, apparently programmed to be sadistic as well. And speaking of...
It's hard to miss those amber lights that announce Cyn's presence. Uzi's head snaps in her direction even as he eyes flick from side to side. What's one more killer robot to deal with?
"Oh, fuck off!" she shouts. She doesn't even have an opening to throw something at her. "Can you be a voyeur later? I'm kinda busy!"
But Cyn doesn't do anything besides watch. For some reason, that makes Uzi even more nervous. What's she planning?
"If you're gonna try and kill me, at least do it! Otherwise I'm coming to you, and I'm bringing all these assholes with me!"
