To anyone who knew her, seeing Susie with a fresh fruit in her hand was perhaps an odd sight. After all, the young monster girl prided herself on the terrible things she consumed on the regular-- chalk, the burnt bits from the toaster, whatever amalgamation she and Kris came up with in the kitchen.. or just ridiculous amounts of anything she could stuff in her jaws at once.

An apple, in comparison, was pretty unusual then.

It was bright, red, and shiny; and the smell reminded her of Kris's shampoo. Since she didn't have it available though, this would do for now; shining it on her shirt and about to take a bite.. until she felt someone staring at her.

Like, really, intently, staring at her. .. they were staring at her, right?

"...... uhhh. Did you.. need something?"

well, "candy pop" is already a thing he's thrown on the table and, frankly? he might keep it! given her color scheme and how it pops out in a crowd and all.

i can also see him playing with her full name and coming up with "whim wham". some whimsy for miss (love and)whimsy, y'know?

Last time he got these sort of fumes on his face was Dead Zone in Klein. He's not sure if this is any less deadly but the way these smells attack his nostrils doesn't make entering easy.

He'd make an U turn but outside the door there's at least five of those turrets and he's not about to get any bullets, lasers or whatever onto himself.

As soon as he arrives he notices he's not alone.

" Hey! I remember you! "

Midway through navigating through the pressure-sensor tiles of their latest room, Aurelius pauses to address the nervous horse (?) girl who'd ended up in the same place as him this time.

"At any rate, the pattern of these tiles aren't difficult to figure out. They're trying to play a tune—stop breathing so loudly, I can't hear the notes."
