how could it be anything else? they'd fuck and go back to whatever it was they'd been before. the heat, the desire between them would satiate. that was what alice had thought when she gave in to her attraction. calloused fingers were rough on her cool skin. as he touched her, it raised the hairs along the back of her neck and caused her breath to catch in the back of her throat.

the gentleness and passion rolled into one surprised her. she expected rough from him, but she liked it. one arm wrapped around his shoulder, the other wrapped underneath his arm, palm flat against his back. with every sound his touch drew out of her, her hand closed slightly, nails digging into his skin.

and then there was his voice, winding her up with everything he could imagine and pouring it into her. she wanted it all. her mouth was much too occupied with his, her mind to focused on the pleasure and the need within her to tell him in so many words. but she wanted him to make himself familiar with her. she was wound so tight all the time, and it felt like harry was just the push she'd needed to unwind. but first he had to pull her even tighter, and god would she let him if he followed through on even one of the things he was promising her.

alice felt...naked without her jacket or long pants, but looking in the mirror in allie's room she could see the appeal. the dress was probably shorter on her than it was supposed to be because she was taller than allie, but she didn't think that was what allie was referencing, at least not entirely. the flowery blue sundress was light and airy, and she could see it being comfortable once she got used to it. on top of that, allie had woven flowers and ribbons through her hair all while demanding alice didn't look. it was all different, but she didn't entirely hate it.
