We had the chance to see the guys from Pixelfederation in their office today to start a discussion aboute integration of our payment system into their gaming platform. Was really promising and the office has been great. An inspiring and highly creative environment. Hope to get them aboard - they have more than 1.3 Mio friends on Facebook for ther flagship game (TrainStation).

Google has a few campuses all over the World, for example in Tel Aviv, Warsaw, Madrid, Sao Paulo and - of course - also in the world’s financial heart, London.The London Campus is located near the Liverpool Street and is a great place for Meet-Ups. They are coached by Google experts, who travel around the globe from Campus to Campus and spread their knowledge. We from BitRush plan to headquarter our payment services in London, thus we have to socialize ourselves with the London FinTech scene. And the Google Campus is cool place for that!

The Swiss FinTech Scene

We had a great meeting in Zurich this week with the innovation officer of a large bank who is also one of the people behind the Swiss FinTech Innovations association (http://www.swissfintechinnovations.ch/). The later is focused on the development of Switzerland into one of the global FinTech hubs. We learned that even the very traditional Swiss financial services industry accepts blockchain technologies and cryptographic technologies as a huge opportunity. And we of course introduced BitRush and our ideas to them. Step by step we spread the word ;)

Why We Need Cryptographic Banking

You don’t need to be a genius to recognize that the existing banking & money system comes to an end. Disruption is often heard these days when people write or discuss about banks. We had a road show this week in Toronto and saw several local banks. And know what? They ALL told us that they have already set up task forces and teams to investigate the possibilites of blockchain & cryptographic technologies. Amazing: I remember that a year ago no banker we met was capable to talk about Bitcoins, Blockchain or algorithmic banking. What a great change!

Let me give you a case in point why it needs cryptographic banking: we wanted to have online banking for our business account. It’s a bit boring to make payments with paper wire instructions. It took us 3 business days and many phone calls to set the online banking up. And we pay tons of set up & recurring fees  for the different online services. All of those simple online services and many more will be included in our cryptographic payment system for a fraction of this costs. Provided in real-time, highly secure and transparent of course.

Feedback from the Street

We have been public now with BitRush for approximately 6 months. To go public as an early stage startup is for sure a decision that bears some risks. You are visible to the public including competitors and investors. It’s almost impossible to do anything in “stealth mode” as many startup do.

But there are some advantages too I guess. You have to discuss with many people - investors, media, bloggers, banks and “the street”. In our case the later are people from Bay Street (Toronto’s equivalent of New York Wall Street). They usually know their business very well. They are experienced when it comes to shareholder value. And they give you feedback, not always the nice way but better you learn it the hard way than not at all.

We are on “the street” again these days to present BitRush to analysts, investors and media people. And we already received some highly appreciated feedback. To wrap it up - we have a long way to go to communicate efficiently about what we do, why we do it and how we do it.

Accepted guys! At least we’ll try! Give us another minute or two!

Bitcoin Lottery V2 Launched

Back in Dec 2015 we started our provably fair Bitcoin Lottery www.lucky-numbers.co. Another test for our payment system and our cryptographic gaming technology. After the first 14 weeks of field testing we acquired app. 30,000 Unique Users (Google Analytics).

Based on the experience in the field test we developed V2 of the lottery and launched it a few days ago. A fully responsive (and of course still provably fair) Bitcoin Lottery. Our goal for V2 for the next few hours is to increase the number of Unique Users to above 50,000 and to establish the site among the top 100,000 websites in Alexa. And, of course, to acquire more users for our payment system ;)

BitRush Private Placement: Toronto meets Singapore

We just recently closed our second Private Placement and raised USD 500,000 from friends in Singapure (HSRC Investment). Actually we had several offers from different investors but the investment package from Singapure has been regarded as the most attractive one by the BitRush board and management. Not only provided HSRC financial resources but also management support and great connection into the Asian markets. As we regard the Asian markets as key for BitRush it oviously makes sense to have Singapure-based shareholders like HSRC. We assume that the demand for blockchain-based payment systems will increase dramatically over the next couple of months and China will be among those countries that drive this development.

We think that we successfully closed a Private Placement that could turn out to be a real door opener for the Asian markets. And this, in turn, should be of utmost importance for all shareholders of BitRush.

Our bitcoin-based ad network AdBit (www.adbit.co) recorded more than 4.5 Mio Unique Visitors over the last 30 days (Source: Cloudflare Analytics). Almost 60,000 registered advertisers placed banners on 4,000 registered websites that and produced nearly 380 Mio ad impressions.

First Field Test Results: 1 Million Bets Placed

End of January 2016 we launched our provably fair cryptographic game “Flip the Coin” (www.flip888.com) in field-test mode. The goal of the field test is to test our integrated cryptographic payment system P2Nex (www.p2nex.co) along with a simple cryptographic game. The huge global online gaming industry with nearly 1.8 Billion online gamers is one of BitRush's strategic target market for cryptographic payment services.

After 8 weeks of field testing we are able to present some nice numbers. More than 1 Million bets/games have been played by 7,000 registered players. More than BTC 96 (appr. USD 40,000) have been wagered in total. Even though it was a field test we generated  BTC 2 (USD 835) in revenue. The website www.flip888.com rose from zero into the top 400,000 on Alexa.

During the field test we fixed technical issues and implemented new features that have been desired by our users. Our P2Nex payment system as well as our provably fair gaming engine are ready now for the public launch which is scheduled for April 2016.

Pursuant to a Fundamental Change Review, BitRush Corp., the issuer resulting from a Fundamental Change of The Streetwear Corporation has been approved for listing.

The symbol ARP will be delisted at the close on September 9, 2015. BitRush Corp. started trading with the new symbol BRH on September 10, 2015.

“Reward 4 Activity” Program on Facebook

One of our basic assumptions of how to build our company in a very early stage market is to develop a loyal customer base first, offer them a variety of freemium services, turning them into friends and develop new premium services to make money with our friends. One of our programs to systematically develop our customer base is to pay them a few Satoshi for easy tasks. We call that program “Rewards 4 Activity (R4A)”.

Summerheat on JokerTimes (Report)

Welcome in September. Metereologically considered autumn started today after we saw an extremely hot summer. Despite the heat wave and the traditional summer inertia August was a great month for BitRush. The very best way to explain our progress is to take a closer look at one of our flagship project Joker Times.

Our lottery and gaming side JokerTimes (www.jokertimes.co) was able to increase the number of visitors and traffic enormously. Compared to July the number of sessions increase more than 50%, the number of active users increased by more than 46%. Overall, we welcomed visitors from 162 countries during August. And even better news: all of our main target countries are among the top 10 visitor countries - Russia, United States, Ukraine, Brazil, Italy, Indonesia and India. See the details in the graphics.

Joker Times has taken a further step in the development of a multicultural and globally working Lottery & Gaming site. Bitcoin is for sure the enabling factor allowing JokerTimes to access markets easily and to operate a more or less borderless business. In the course of Q2 Joker Times climbed 227,051 positions up the Alexa ranking among the Top 70,000 websites(Global rank).

JokerTimes still deploys an ad based business model with free lottery & gaming tickets. This business model is about to evolve into a freemium model in September as we plan to offer paid lottery tickets.
