finally passed ALL of my exams, so I going to have some rest. I mean that from now I have a little more free time to draw, so wait for the new pictures :3
TWโS; Murder, Gore, Blood, Death, Discussions of Mental Illness, Discussions of Cannibalism, Mentions of Weed
โSlagerโ is the Dutch word for โButcherโ. She chose this alias because mother used to call Myra her โkleine slagerโ or her โsmall butcherโ (หถแต แต แตหถ)
The twins are fluent in both English and Dutch. Their grandmother, Tessel, moved to the US from The Netherlands in her late 30โs when their mother was 15. She taught both Myra and Momo.
Momo often has let his sister try out new nail polishes and makeup on him. It reminds him of the only good parts of their high school years.
Momo changed his name from โMaxxwellโ after becoming a proxy of The Operator. Simply because that, โWasnโt who [they] are anymoreโ.
Myra is 5'7 and her brother is 6'3.
They have the same favorite dessert! (tiramisu)
Momo graduated college in Illinois, he got a bachelorโs degree in Biology and was planning to continue schooling to become an Anatomist.
Momo spent a lot of his childhood taking care of his sister. He often made dinner and helped her with schoolwork while their mother was at her job.
Myra quite enjoys โragebaitingโ her brother.
In high school, Myra and her brother were in a band, more specifically a metal band. Myra was the lead vocalist and Momo was their bassist (and on a few occasions would instead fill in for their drummer).
Despite adoring and even participating in both the heavy and screemo metal scene, thatโs not Myraโs favorite genre. That title is instead tied between J-Metal and Hyperpop.
Growing up in the 2000โs , Myra and her brother had a lot of access to the internet in their high school years. Both were very active on music and fashion forums, as well as their respective MySpace accounts. Momo, is nearly as online as his sister still is but he does like when she explains new terms to him as he thinks itโs important to be informed.
Myra and Momo are both gender-fluid, Myra using She/Any pronouns and her brother using any, or, mirror pronouns!
Myra is omnisexual and Momo is pansexual (previously identifying as Uranic).
Myra is deeply afraid of wasps...
Myra isn't human anymore, not necessarily anyway. She has been resurrected by The Operator, maintaining a very human-like appearance and her personality but, the subtle glow of her eyes and the way she seems to hover just above the ground is a constant reminder for her.
Myra canโt โflyโ, but she can hover. Up to 2.5 feet off the ground.
The twins both have very high cold tolerances from working in the freezer so often at the butchery.
Momo isnโt shy but he is definitely reserved. He doesnโt talk a lot unless heโs with the right people, even then itโs limited.
Both of the twins have a very sarcastic/teasing humor. Are they joking or making fun of you? Who knows. One could be making fun of you and the other joking so be sure to ask them separatelyโฆ
Momo bit off his fatherโs finger on 2 separate occasions. Once when he was 8 (his left index) and again when he was 10 (his right pinky). The index finger was sewn back on however, Momo swallowed the pinky out of spite and it wasnโt able to be reattached. Even once thrown back up.
Myra is left handed while Momo is right handed.
Momo got his scar when his parents divorced. While he was removing his father, Scott, forcibly from the home, Scott smashed a vase against Momoโs face.
Momo loathes his father more than anyone else in the world. So much so that within his first year under The Operator he has hunted him down, and murdered him in his sleep.
Both of the twins were stoners in high school, using it as an escape from the stress's of their life. It certainly didnโt help with Myraโs already faded memory.
Both of the twins have CPTSD from both their childhoods and their deaths. This has had very hard yet opposing effects on them. The stress of those memories and experiences had made her memoryโs much harder to recall. A majority of her memories before 14 are faded and foggy, excluding a handful of positive ones involving her brother. What little memories of her father she does have, haunt her worst dreams. Momo however, remembers all of it with almost photographic clarity. He however, feels little about them now that his father is gone for good. Only those involving his sister ever really get to him. He spent a lot of that time separating himself from those memories and from Maxxwell.
Momo often talks about his childhood in the 3rd person, as if Maxxwell is someone he simply shares memories with. He doesnโt hate or resent his younger self, he instead feels sympathy for him.
Momo has a very high pain tolerance and he enjoys testing it from time to timeโฆ
Though he had made threats, Alexander wasnโt the one who killed Myra. After the police had found the scene of his family dead in their home however, her murder was lazily pinned on him. Allowing the real killer to get away unknown.
Momoโs massacre of the Collinsโ Family was deemed a โRevenge Killingโ of sorts. There are multiple warrants out for his arrest.
Myra is missing her right eye, it was something The Operator kept as little payment. Hidden behind her hair, the socket glows yellow.
Myra, after first coming back to life, had bad habits of running into EVERYTHING. It took her a lot of time to get used to her lack of vision and her lack of dexterity from being dead for 4 months prior to her resurrection.
Momo has many scars that litter his skin, some from his childhood or school, some self inflicted.
Momo doesnโt really care much about who he kills anymore. He believes if they were put on his target list, that they must have no purpose anymore. His catchphrase, โAllow me to give you purposeโ, is derived from him consuming them after murder / giving them โpurposeโ by feeding him or his sister. He does however, refuse to harm children.
โEscaping your fate is impossibleโ, is the catchphrase of Slager. She doesnโt say it to be cocky, or rude, or even to strike fear in her target. To her, itโs simply a fact. Their fate was sealed the moment their paths were pushed together.
On the topic of his cannibalism, his desire for human flesh skyrocketed after he was healed. He doesnโt know why exactly, just that he needs it every so often or he has a hard time focusing. It certainly isnโt his preferred protein of choice thoughโฆ Myra also requires human meat to survive, neither canโt heal themselves if theyโve gone too long without it.
Momo is more human than his sister, though he does still heal abnormally fast and has a lot more durability than the average human does. A โgiftโ it was called by The Operator, but truly he is sent out so often that he isn't allowed to be hurt for long. The Operator hates delay.
Momo has a fascination with the human body and how it operates, one of the many reasons why he was going to school for Anatomist. If he were to pursue something else, it would be kinesiology.
He prefers his victims alive as it provides him a chance to observe different individuals reactions to being at deaths door. Though he does kill them quickly with a clean cut or two to the throat, often severing the head. He doesnโt enjoy making a huge mess of his kills despite his weapon of choice being a cleaver.
The twins work in the cold room in the basement. They butcher meats and distribute them based on an order system. Similar to a ticket line at a deli.
In this sort of AU, Myra has a crush on both Toby and Nina. While Momo has quite the crush on Habit.
Momo sees Habit as cartoonishly evil. He thinks it actually pretty funny in a โwhat the fuck is this bsโ kind of way. Though he does succumb to Habits ragebait somewhat often. (รบ _ รนใ)
Natalie and Ben were extremely helpful when it came to helping Myra get used to her new body.
Myra gets along well with most of the other people, Momo however usually justโฆ hovers around. But he will often be found socializing with Tim and Brian, His sister and whomever sheโs with, EJ, or Habit.
Momo knows everyone. Everyone who eats meat in the manor anyway. He and Myra cut up orders early in the day and open for pickup at night. Momo lets her leave whenever she wants after everything is cut and hung up properly. Often being the one to give the orders to the other tenants.
I wanted to post this WIP! Im planning on doing a lot more of the creeps but this is what Iโve got so far! (Low-key might redo Toby but weโll see lol!)
Maxx was born 2001, February 24th alongside his twin sister, Myra. Diane Jean Cooper (her mother) and Scott Jay Cooper (her father), both worked for a finance company, he as her manager. Growing up, Maxx was often a witness of their father's seemingly never ending rage. One conjured by exhaustion from work and the alcohol he would use to wash away the days stress.
He had been particularly targeted by his father, mostly for wanting to help their mother. Maxx wasn't one to argue, accepting punishment so long as it wasn't his sister or mother getting one. He has been forced to grow up rather quickly, when his mother went back to work with their father, he had to cook and help Myra with general life.
Maxx remembers one night in particular. He was 9 years old, laying in bed when he heard his parents arguing once again. He got up and looked around a bit, Myra was peering through the door way quietly. He got up to put her back to bed when his body ran cold. A shatter and someone hitting ground rings through his ears from the other side of the door. Maxx doesn't remember much, aside from the look of pain and confusion in his father's face when he stabbed a shard of glass into his thigh.
Their parents would both recoverโฆ Maxx however wasn't above threatening his father physically anymore. He had stolen a small pocket knife, threatening Scott when he would get loud while his sister slept. One night even standing at the edge of his father's bed to watch him sleep, scaring him when he awoke.
Maxx didn't have it much easier in school either. Alexander and Irene Collins, two siblings that have been bullying him since they were kids. Despite trying to keep Myra out of it, he did appreciate it when she would get them in trouble for him.
By 16, he couldn't find it in himself to walk with her on the way home. They had become more violent, opting to beat his ass on his way home instead. He couldn't protect her against that many people. Maxx can't even bring himself to fight them off when they did manage to take the same path home as him. It was never just the Collinsโ siblings, they were also accompanied by their 3 little puppets. Lukas, Mitchel, and Jay.
When their mother finally divorced their mom, she changed their last names back to her maiden name, Masttins. She also however was terrorized by their father at her job. Maxx had talked to their uncle, begging to let him and his sister work there to assist their mom with rent.
He found that the work was oddly soothing to his ever running mind. It was cold, almost numbingly so in the cooler where they chopped up meats. Maxx felt noticably moreโฆ hungry as he hacked apart the raw meat. It was something he tried not to think about.
Graduation, finally, an escape from the hell of those assholes. Maxx tried hard in school, his efforts were acknowledge when he was given a scholarship for a college in his state of Illinois. His sister told his she wanted to keep working at the butchery, keep loving with their mother and helping her with her finances. He was supportive, though he wasn't afraid to admit he would miss her.
What a cruel twist of fate it seemed to be when he was approached by a familiar face. Irene Collins. She and her brother continued terrorizing Maxxโs life as he juggled his classes. He had stopped talking for the most part. Irene endured he had no friends, and that her brother payed him a vision his walk home. He didn't want Myra to worry. So he wouldn't talk about it. Wouldn't talk about anything if he could avoid it.
Despite the hardships, Maxx had somehow managed to graduate college. Before the ceremony, Irene had told him her brother would be there. And that if he mentioned anything about their treatment of him, that he would regret it.
So he obliged, he kept his mouth shut when she asked. Even tried changing the conversation. But, Myra knew her brother far too well. At last he was able to convince her to drop it. But apparently not fast enough.
Alexander wasnโt someone to mess around with, Maxx knew that. He also knew better than anyone that he wasnโt above hurting someone to get his way. And what he wanted, was to see Maxx suffer. Alexander told him that more times than Maxx himself can count. Because it was fun for him.
Maxx remembers the day clearly even now. He was anxious, Alexander had been sending him warnings. The way he stood outside of the butchery during Maxx's breaks for the last few days was intentional. He reluctantly left work early after Myra told him he needed to, โGo home and rest up a bitโ.
There was a knock at the door. The clock read 1:35am on his bedside table as he got up and wandered out to his front door. He opened it and stared at the two cops standing in front of him with solemn looks. Something he isn't proud to admit is that he threw up on the officer nearest to him when they delivered the news. The news they had found Myra, laying in a pool of her own blood in front of the butchery. Throat cut.
He told them there had to be a mistake, that it couldn't be her. He refused to believe them until they brought him to a morgue, where he would identify the body as indeed being his sister. He went to his mother and sisters shared place, he remembers holding his mother as they sobbed.
The next few months were a blur, he didn't leave his apartment. Stopped going to work. Old memories of his sister playing through his mind as he laid in bed, room silent aside from his sniffles as he cried to himself all over again. Maxx finally got up and went to see his uncle at the shop, but when he set his eyes on the doors he felt the idea hit him.
How couldn't he have thought of it sooner? He wonders. It had to have been Alexander and Irene somehow. Heโs certain. He needs to make them pay. Make their useless existence worth something. Then he would notice a tall creature out of the corner of his eye. He couldn't quite see it but, he could feel it. Watching. Waiting.
It was cold when Maxx put on his apron from the butchery, holstering the knife he'd used to carve up meat for years. Then he had made his way to the Collins' home, the same one they'd always lived in. One Maxx had envisioned bloodying on a concerning amount of occasions lately. He started with their parents. Quietly creeping up the stairs and accidentally finding their parents room instead of Alexanders. He didn't think about it much as he hacked into their throats with his cleaver before moving down the hall.
He wanders into Irene's room. She's sleeping, he just stands there for a moment before quietly coming up to the head of her bed. She gurgles on her blood after he slams his sharpened blade down into her neck, his eyes watching with a less emotion than he anticipated. He didn't feel satisfaction, nor pride, not even anger. Justโฆ nothing. It annoyed him more than heโd expected.
When he walks into Alexander's bedroom, he finds it empty, or at least the bed is. He walks around the room quietly, like a predator hunting for prey. Checking in the closet, nothing. Under the bed, nothing. Then into the bathroom connected to the room. Nothing. Not until Alexander jumps out from behind the door, shoving Maxx forward.
Alexander didn't get last words. He slit Maxx's throat with a knife he had prior to escaping his hiding spot, though Maxx hit him in the side of his head with his cleaver after knocking him off.
Maxx falls to the ground, grabbing at his throat as he chokes on his blood. His vision is fading as that same tall creature he had seen previously appears in front of him. It doesn't speakโฆ not necessarily. Maxx feels it's offer in his mind.
โHer life for your loyalty.โ
Maxx didn't need to ask who. He just felt it, maybe that's why he agreed so quickly. Next thing he was aware, his throat was healed, albeit scarred. But more importantly, he was standing in front of his sister.

Myra was born 2001, February 24th alongside her twin brother, Maxxwell. Diane Jean Cooper (her mother) and Scott Jay Cooper (her father), both worked for a finance company, he as her manager. Growing up, Myra was often a witness of her father's rage. One conjured by exhaustion from work and the alcohol he would use to wash away the days stress. She can still remember the anger in his face when anyone dare walk into his view after he's off work.
At 9 years old, her father had become particularly enraged by Myra's mother after she had asked him to stop drinking so much. A night burned in her memory, the night her father hit her mother in the head with a bottle. Myra also watched her brother stab their father in the leg with one of the bottles shards. Both had went to the hospital and luckily their mother recovered. Unfortunately, their father would as well.
They had covered it up, โA bottle fell off the shelf!โโฆ Or some stupid variant of that, Myra can't quite remember. She canโt remember much of her childhood at all. But, she does remember after that dad didn't talk to Maxxwell, Myra noticed how he'd use that to his advantage. Stepping in and helping her when their father would start to be aggressive.
By 10 years old, Maxx had taught Myra how to properly hold a knife. He even stole her one from a shop downtown I should she ever need it and he wasn't home. She was eager to accept her brotherโs gift.
School however, was much better for her. She was well liked, well at least for the most part. Myra was never out of friends, but the more popular students weren't exactly a fan of her. She didnโt like them either, they were mean to her brother.
Myra made up to Maxx for protecting her at home by protecting him from bullies at school. She was good with adults, good with teachers. He never asked, but when she would notice his bruises, she had little issues reporting it. They had been suspended on multiple occasions, however, they weren't expelled, their families hold enough status to prevent that. By 14, they would stop getting physical. At least on school grounds. Off campus isn't the schools problem.
By 16, Myra has begun walking home by herself. Maxx wouldn't allow her to walk with him, just in case they ran into the Collinsโ. An older brother and younger sister duo who had a particular hatred for Maxx. Why? Myra had no ideaโฆ Truly she didn't. They didn't even harass Myra herself, only her brother. But he refused to talk about it at home.
Their mother had managed to divorce her father, moving them into a small apartment and changing their last names back to her maiden name. Diane was unfortunately unable to continue at her job, their father making her work hellish until she began to look for other work. Myra and her brother were able to get a job at a local butchery that their uncle owned, helping with rent while their mother looked for another job.
Myra quite enjoyed her job! She found it was a wonderful outlet for stress, a view her brother shared. The smell and sound of cutting up pigs and beef was oddly soothing. They spent many hours in that cold room, silence broken only by the hum of the fan and the sound of cleavers slamming through meat and hitting the table.
Graduation had arrived and they were finally free. Of school anyway. Or at least Myra was! Her brother was going to go to college but, she was more than content just working at the butchery and assisting her mother with money.
The next few years had gone by without incident. By the time they were 23, Myra was attending her brother's college graduation. As she sat in the crowd, she noticed a familiar face. Alexander Collins. That same asshole from high school, it was odd seeing him nowโฆ Especially since he seemed to also be watching her brother cross the stage.
Later, she had inquired to her brother about it. When Maxx avoided her questions she had gotten her answer.
โThere's no way you're letting him pick on you at your GROWN AGE, Momo.โ She scolded, eventually accepting his pleas to drop it as he's done with school now.
She rehired Maxx so he had work while he looked for jobs out of college. It was comforting having her brother back at the butchery with her, like when they were in high school.
01/24 Wednesday Night, 11:13pm
Myra had sent her brother home early, closing up by herself. She was worried about him, she hadn't seen him so worked up in years. It wasn't a surprise he didn't tell her what it was. She hated how he thought shutting himself off was โprotecting herโ, especially when they had been so close as kids.
It took her almost an hour to finish cleaning up. She was humming to herself as she changed in the bathroom out of her work clothes and made made her way to the front door. As she's done hundreds of times now, the hum of the fan in the cooler muffled in the register area.
Myra was taken by surprise. She had locked the door, back turned to the cool dark night. Not even catching a glimpse of the person who slammed her head against the door, nor the one who brought a knife across her throat.
She remembers it. The feeling of her blood gushing from her neck as she gasped for air. The feeling of the blade tearing through her skin. It still haunts her dreams sometimes.
Next thing she knows, she was laying down in a room. It brought her an odd sense of comfort but fearโฆ How was she alive? Where was she right now? In front of her appeared a large faceless creature, it didn't speak. Just stared. For what felt like hours, filling her head with a loud ear shattering static. Then everything got quieter. Calm. And in front of her was her brother, and a now very confusing life to follow suit.
I finished writing this at 3 am so it's low-key written like shit but that's okay (โ โขโ ย โ โฝโ ย โ โขโ ;โ )
