the sun has been out the last couple of weeks so i was able to study basking in its rays. i'm lucky enough to live in the italian countryside so my playlist has been bird song, farmers working and cats purring lazily.
the sunny days have been makining it easier for me to take breakes without feeling guilty too, which has then led me to be more productive once i go back to the books!
today i wanted to recommend a soundscapes website where you can find tons of specific ambient atmoshperes (from books, movies etc) but you can also make them! ADHD TIP OF THE DAY:
✮ take breakes! i know it's impressive when you see your friends studying for hours on end, but it's very likely that if you're not studying smth you enjoy you'll be distracted very easily. So take that much needed break and stand up, move around, maybe brew something or go outside for 10 minutes, let your busy mind burn some energy and then get back to it
