The best glasses for your face shape

If you're a glasses wearer, you know that the frames can completely make or break your look. So choosing correctly is extremely important.

To choose your eyeglasses or sunglasses you have to consider lots of factors to base your choice on, like your personal style and coloring of your hair, skin, eyes- but the most universal is your FACE SHAPE. There are five basic shape categories that most of us fall into. 

Oval faces are the luckiest, as they can pull off almost any style. You may want to balance the curve of your face, so choose square, rectangle glasses to balance your face.

Oblong, or long face shapes, will see much more length than width. You'll want to choose frames that are larger, to break up the length of your face.

Round faces will want to choose frames that add angles, are structured and slim. Lenses that are wider than they are deep, as well as those with dark frames help define a round face.

Square face shape, be sure to avoid glasses with hard lines that might make your face look boxy. 

Heart-shaped faces, those with a chin much thinner than their forehead, need to find shapes that balance the width of their face.

Natural Belly Slimming Detox Water

Ingredients (for one 24 oz serving)

– 3-5 slices of fresh cucumber – 1/2 small lemon sliced – 1/4 of orange sliced – a few fresh mint leaves – 24 oz of ice cold water

So, why does this work?

Cucumbers prevent water retention and also have many anti-inflammatory properties.

Lemon provides the cleansing effect of citric acid to help clear out the digestive syste

Oranges contain flavonoids in the peel and juice that stimulate the immune system and protects against a fungi/pests while helping to reduce cholesterol levels

Mint helps the body digest more easily and it also soothes any stomach cramps you may have.

*Remeber that the more you refill your bottle with the same fruits, the more diluted and less nutrient-dense the fruit becomes. So I would recommend that after 2 or 3 refills, dump it and replace with fresh cuts to make sure you get all the vitamins and minerals you need. I also wouldn’t leave the fruits in there for more than 24 hrs before changing it.

Sometimes  I don´t have sufficient money or time to go to the drugstore to buy my beauty essentials, so I realize that I could  use some natural products that have in my kitchen and have the same result as a expensive product and like I am very generous I would give you the full list of them. Let´s begin! 

-No nail polish? Use perfume! Ethyl acetate, a solvent used in perfume, also happens to be the key ingredient in non-acetone nail polish remover. Spritz a cotton ball until it's soaked with fragrance, then wipe off lacquer as usual.

-No eye makeup remover? Use organic coconut oil! Oils help to break down waxy products like eyeliner, mascara, and eye shadows, and the most effective eye removers have oils in them," explains New York based makeup artist Tanya Chavez. 

-No primer? Use aloe gel Aloe vera gel makes a great primer substitute," says Chavez. "It helps to hydrate and smooth the surface of the skin and minimize pores!"

How to find the right prom dress

Pear Shapes - For pear shapes we recommend prom dresses with fitted tops and full or a-line skirts. Or if you are comfortable with your larger behind, go for prom dresses that are a bit more form fitting.

Slender - If you have a slim figure the illusion of curves can be acheived by drawing attention to your bust line or a prom dress that bells out.  Also, you might try prom dresses that draw attention to your waist such as a wrap dress or one witha belt.

Busty - You can play up what you have by choosing from prom dresses with a gorgeous neckline; but look for prom dresses with fuller coverage so you can make sure you have adequate support.  If you would like to draw attention away from your chest; look for prom dresses that attracts the eye to the hem.

Petite - If you are petite show a little leg and go with an asymmetrical hemline or a long fitted solid prom dress to make you appear taller.  Floor lengthball gowns tend to overwhelm your frame.  Long ruffles can also add the illusion of height.

Hourglass - If you have an hour glass figure consider yourself lucky! Almost every style prom dress will flatter your figure. 

Apple - For an apple shaped body prom dresses with an empire waist will help draw attention from your middle. Also a higher waist line means the prom dress may not be as tight in your problem area.

DIY Organic Face Mask

Ingredients:

- 4 chunks of pineapple 

- 4 chunks of papaya

- 4 strawberries 

- 2 tsp. honey

- 2 tbsp. yogurt

- 2 tbsp. brown sugar 

First place the pineapple, papaya, strawberries, honey, and yogurt into the blender.

Mix two tablespoons of the mask with the brown sugar and exfoliate the skin (dry skin). 

Let the mask sit for 10 minutes and then rinse.

 This mask will let your skin soft as a bunny and really hydrated; remember that for any mask, the results are much noticeable the day after.

If you have sensible skin be careful while scrubbing, this is meant to pamper your skin so please be gentle.

 P.s. If you refrigerate the rest of the mask, it will last for 2 days.
