Hi Tumblr friends, I'm a 30-something working mom and have suffered from BED my entire life, plus anxiety and undiagnosed ADHD. I lost 100lbs a few years ago and briefly got down to a normal weight for the first time in my adult life, then I put 30 back on and got myself back into the obese range.
Now I'm in the middle of re-losing that 30 plus the additional 30 I need to reach my ugw.
I recently gave up alcohol + weed and I'm trying really hard to replace it with exercise + caffeine instead of food + sh 🙃
