Do you justify all your beliefs or have you just inherited/absorbed some?

If we’re thinking religiously, I justify them all! I grew up in a very religious household but I find spirituality more comforting. Definitely rejected the beliefs that were introduced in my childhood.

Parents, friends, media continue to push fatphobic eurocentric rhetoric that just !!! is not correct!!! I feel like I have to look a certain way to be attractive even though i know all that stuff is wrong
