Hey phighting fandom what do we think of an au where hyperlaser is a biograft

Bassicly he was set to be decommissioned after getting a lot of damage (blackrock has so many of the Zeta models they really dont care to repair major damage they might aswell just make a new one.) But bc hes yknow sentient he escaped somehow, and ended up dawning a disguise.

He goes to work under subspace bc he still struggles to go against his programming and hopes that if he can continue working under his creator he can still be valued. He is afraid of Subspace finding out the truth. He also kind off resents subspace but can't help but want his approval anyway bc thats how he was programmed.

This could go so many different ways!! Like u could have subspace redemption, or hes the villain while hyperlaser runs away from blackrock after being discovered (and maybe meeting Katana???)

Other sentient biografts could know about ths scheme and be either jealous or resent him ... could be so awesome.

Maybe Hyperlaser gets closer to subspace, who hasn't had a close friend since medkit. Subspace finds the inphernal connection he craves, or so he thinks, and hyperlaser questions wether any of it is real or just his programming making him like his creator no matter what. Auagahauahhahhhggghh it could be so good!!

Someone write this fic im too lazy to do it myself (might still do it anyway if I ever find the motivation)

What's up with the photos? That mercenary who works for me, someone I dont know but have seen in phights, a THIEF from playground, a god I dont worship, 2 people I used to work with, and?? A bird???

A lot of inphernals simply call their horn colour their favourite, so i guess i'd do the same, pink!

I dont exactly have? Strong opinions on cats? I've never really interacted with one i dont think.

I know hyperlaser has one. With an extremely dumb name might I add.

I dont prefer pets in general, theyre annoying, they dont listen even when trained well and are rarely useful. Biografts are better.

I've never discovered a concrete definition of the term. All I know is that its something inphernals have that we biografts dont. Apparently. I wish someone could explain to me what it is, but I dont want to ask Subspace Creator, I'd be wasting his time im sure.

I have much respect for all my fellow creations of Subspace T Mine! They do a great job!!! even if they aren't much fun to talk to usually.

I believe there are different models participating in those phights, but it is frequently model 001, the first one creator ever made!

And hes very nice too, knows a lot about creator, I like asking him about some of her past, hes been here for very long after all!

I wonder if I should try convincing the higher-ups of my new expirement idea... it'd be resource intensive but it could be great for research... I should post about that actually! Get some people to agree, it'll help present my case!
