Charles Martinet has retired as the VA of Mario and other characters he's voiced and I'm pretty heart broken about this but overall I completely understand that this was inevitable and as much he genuinely enjoyed meeting his fans and doing the things he did for them I feel like it's appropriate for us to understand that it's time for him move on, Mario was never my #1 franchise to prioritize but I've always loved every title I've played, galaxy, 64, (too many to name) my first ever mario game was Superstar saga on the GBA and if it's one thing that game has done, it's got me through some hard times in my childhood, just the personality and detail in every corner was enough to make me smile, we might never have the same energetic mario going forward but at least if need be we can always look back and appreciate what he was or rather what Charles has done to bring him to life

I had a dream last night that Mother 3 got announced for GBA NSO (worldwide) and I started bawling my eyes out while my gf hugged me, I remember in the trailer the locations looked drastically different in terms of layout, and immediately after the presentation was over my house was being attacked by evil blue loftwings and I shot all 3 with a shot gun then I went to a rainforest Cafe and rested in the lazy river then I woke up lmao
