8 Things To Quit in 2019
1. Trying to please everyone.
2. Fearing change.
3. Living in the past.
4. Overthinking.
5. Being afraid to be different.
6. Beating yourself up over mistakes.
7. Thinking youâre not good enough.
8. Thinking you have no purpose.

Iâm literally so fucking beautiful, like, wow
me, circa early 1800s, paying a stable boy a few coppers to ride overnight to deliver you an urgent letter with a thick wax seal that after you struggle to break it just says âbitch!â in tiny little writingÂ
no no no, you donât understand the true level of spiteful here. The sender of a letter didnât pay for the post in 1800. The receiver did. You just made your enemy pay for the privilege of being insulted.
Iâm starting to see why messengers were gettinâ shot
NSFW ban fail
Reblog if youâre still seeing porn bots despite the NSFW ban. Iâm still seeing them. Plenty of legitimate followers seem to be blocked from my feed, however.
have you ever felt like you really want to talk about your feelings but at the same time itâs like ânah no thank you, iâm okayâÂ
iâm laughing so hard because they really put pennywise on the stairs in this promo image, making this movie look like some political drama that also just happens to star a clown
The law and order sound but the second beat is a clown honk
Bird Box (2018)
Itâs kinda comforting to know...
âŚno matter where you go in the history of animationâŚ
âŚentire backgrounds will always disappear in closeupsâŚ
âŚand no matter how many characters you see, all next to anotherâŚ
âŚtheyâll teleport away absolutely whenever they darn well feel like it.
One day, a cartoon from the year 3018 will fall through a wormhole and land in the present day, and its characters made of sentient energy will still dematerialize in closeups thanks to their sentient energy overworked animators.

Hey. LIVING COSTS MONEY! How about giving more money to the companies that employ me and MAYBE I MIGHT BE OK
This is such a funny thing to me because in Thai culture, itâs completely normal to live with your parents when youâre an adult. In fact, most people live in their family home until theyâre married ¯\_(ă)_/ÂŻ
Saaaame in Pakistan dude and being abroad for grad school is really fucking me up I am not built to be even slightly independent đ
In Western culture (including America!) it was completely normal for people to live with their parents in adulthoodâsometimes until they married, sometimes longer. In America, that changed (for men) in the 1940s and 50s, when it was really really easy for an 18 year old to get a good job that paid more than enough to live a comfortable life on, or to afford college which would then practically guarantee you an even better-paying job. Women joined the trend of moving out at 18 in the 1960s and 70s.
And now those jobs donât exist, or are few and far between, and guess what! People are living with their parents again. But that 70-year span was just long enough that it fell out of common memory, and now people are seen as âfailuresâ because the economics have changed.
A very great deal of Western culture, ESPECIALLY America, is actually still based on a memory of the 40â˛s and 50â˛s as the baseline of normalcy despite them being a total fluke at the time. World War II and McCarthyism created a massive shift towards rabid patriotism, Christian fundamentalism and the ideal of the ânuclear familyâ that resembled nothing before it and weâre still recovering from as the majority of our most powerful politicians are old enough that this period of sudden fanaticism is their ânostalgic good old daysâ and the way they think things are âsupposed to be.â
I love when these posts randomly become tiny history lessons, it soothes me
Deregulation will get you killed. Republican policies make your life worse.
This should be considered criminal and someone needs to account for this because this is RIDICULOUS
When people report on the e. Coli outbreak they need to include this. This stuff isnât happening out of no where
