thanks for the ask! actually, the most desperate i remember being happened only a couple days ago on my way home from a new years' vacation:

i had a long travel by car, train and bus, which was supposed to be 10 hours total. there was complementary soda and water on the train so i drank some cans and a couple standard plastic bottles of water, not really thinking much of it at the time since it was drawn out over 4 hours. i did start feeling the first twinge of need on the train, but the bathroom was disgusting and had trash and wetness all over the floor that i really didn't want to stand in, so i decided to wait. funnily enough, the train was delayed and stopped for an entire hour. i thought i would be fine because it didn't really hit me yet, and i remembered that the chartered bus had a toilet, too.

i was pretty dumb to think that the toilet situation in the bus would be any cleaner. it was also way less private, because there was literally only a foot between the tiny stall and another occupied seat. and the bus got delayed another hour, too! at this point i was getting desperate. someone was sitting right next to me and trying to sleep so i was way too embarrassed to squirm. i pressed my backpack against me to hide my visible bulge, i was so self-conscious. i kept checking the map only to see we were delayed longer and longer. my bladder felt like a swollen balloon pressed up against my abdomen wall x3

the bus station was still 30 minutes away from home. i was so desperate that as soon as i got into the car i unbuttoned and unzipped my pants and didnt wear a seatbelt to give it more room to grow. every bump on the road had me leaking as i slipped a hand between my legs and rubbed my peehole, begging my bladder not to explode and leave a mess on the fabric seats. every turn i made, i felt the sheer weight of it pressing inside me.

needless to say as soon as i got home i exploded in the bathroom before i could even take my panties off x3 i'm usually way too embarrassed to hold in public because i'm skinny and my bulge is so visible!
